No, it isn't. Well, a caveat: it's okay, IMO, if a third party pushes the issue of energy independence like the Progressives did political reform. But do we need a third party full-time to "help" govern? God no.

I don't think Moore is liable here for anything, but I do think that he's a dishonest fat bastard and I did object to his use of this footage when the first objections were sounded about this long ago.
