So if he throws 2 scoreless innings in the playoffs, but his previous 2 months of sucking makes the trade worth it? Nah, we would have to have an extended run in the playoffs and for him to have like 4-5 solid appearances to even consider it a “good” trade.

I pray they get better depth next year, I tire of watching the likes of Goodwin, Nick Williams, Hamilton, etc. getting meaningful at bats in our contention years.
