im cheering for the Indians against the Yankees just because I want their fans to miss out on the playoffs so i can troll them on twitter and reddit

I think most of would rather play the Red Sox than the Yankees so I feel most here would be rooting for the Indians.

I'm not cheering for the Indians until the Sun times has the asterisk next to the White Sox name.

Yes this would be a chill time for the Sox to just win a bunch of games in a row.

As ARod said during the ABC game, Dr La Russa is a master of sport psychology. Pulling out the dugout phone will inspire the White Sox to go on a big winning streak.

It will be such a delightful event if the Yankees sit out the entire post season. Imagine all of the Aaron Boone drama.

It would be of so tasty.

Sure would be nice to have a full lineup at some point.

I want to see Cease come back super strong, throwing strikes, commanding the zone with all three pitches, and going at least 6.

That’s the most important thing we can hope for.

I think you essentially have the entire playoff starting lineup vs RHP. Just missing Engel and Vaughn as guys who will start vs LHP.

Sheets scratched from RF and now Tim is back in for consecutive days at SS.

I wonder if it was because something was wrong with Sheets or because Tim insisted that he feels fine and wanted to play. Hopefully the latter.
