  1. I think they'll play today, that window should give more than enough time to get this one in.
  2. QUOTE (Chilihead90 @ Mar 30, 2014 -> 06:37 PM) And am I reading that Bicardi at the Park is no longer there? Or is it just named something different? It's just called ChiSox Bar & Grill now.
  3. QUOTE (Pants Rowland @ Mar 24, 2014 -> 10:42 AM) I believe you are correct. On another note, I also split seats with a handful of people (two seats right behind the Scout Seats). Basically 8 shares of 10 games a piece. Seats are selected via a snake draft just before the season starts. We sometimes have someone flake out at the beginning of the season over whether they want to reup or not. I can keep you in mind if you are interested in trying it on a partial basis. I find 10 games is plenty for me. PM me and I will keep it archived for next year if you are interested. Thanks. I'll shoot you a PM. QUOTE (RockRaines @ Mar 24, 2014 -> 12:20 PM) I did a 27 game weekend plan for years, it was a great investment. Got me to the world series as well. I'm thinking if anything, I'll go this route. QUOTE (ewokpelts @ Mar 24, 2014 -> 12:31 PM) The questions I ask people when they express interest are: 1. What's your budget? 2. Where do you want to sit? 3. Who's going with you? 4. Does price beat location in your preference? You can, right now, get a 7 game package for $56 that includes opening day and lower level access. BUT, those tix are all sundays aside from od, and all upstairs. If you want to dip your toes in the Sox STH world, I suggest that. In 2012, the sox offered ALDS tickets to all STH package holders, even the 7 game ones. And that was after the 27 and 81 plan holders got their normal allotment. Plus, pretty much all STH get grinder bash and other small goodies. They definitely changed it then, I had I wanna say it was the 13 game package in '05 & '06 and I didn't get a shot at postseason tickets in '05.
  4. Thanks guys for all of the detailed and extremely informative responses. You guys really put it into perspective for me. I never really thought about how many games of the 81 I'd actually go to. Let along partnering up with friends/trouble selling tickets that I wouldn't use. I guess my plan now would be to wait until next offeseason and to decide if it makes sense. There are some great perks, but not sure if it's enough to pull the trigger after having all of this info though. Thanks again, guys!
  5. Hey guys, I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on season tix. Probably not this year, more than likely next year. I would love to hear any feedback from current ST holders if it's worth it, etc. I guess also I'd like to know how the whole process works. Do you pay in full upfront? A deposit? Perks? Benefits? I know I can just e-mail someone at the Sox, but I'd rather have the real deal from you guys. Thanks in advance!

  7. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Feb 4, 2014 -> 07:59 AM) Jo lost his s*** last night. Rightfully so, the refs assigned to this game were a joke.

    2013 TV Thread

Not sure if this has been posted already but MTV is throwing a hail mary with this year's season of The Real World. This year the exes of the housemates will be moving in as well. *cue the staged carwrecks* http://insidetv.ew.com/2013/12/03/real-wor...losion-trailer/
  9. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Oct 10, 2013 -> 12:12 PM) hmmm we have a keeper league with 10 full slots. Wonder how expansion could work... QUOTE (scs787 @ Oct 10, 2013 -> 12:34 PM) Zoom has a league that needs guys, I'm sure yous guys can jump on that. I'd be interested in either. I'm sure Zoom's league may be the more realistic option though.
  10. QUOTE (Brian @ Oct 10, 2013 -> 11:48 AM) I wanna play I as well would like to play fantasy NBA
  11. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Oct 9, 2013 -> 09:58 AM) How sad is it that "Bruce and Kris Jenner seperate" is headline news on CNN? Miley Cyrus during the VMAs was headline news for them. News is such a joke these days.
  12. QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Sep 12, 2013 -> 03:03 PM) Got tickets to Kanye and Kendrick. Skipped out on Jay again (sorry Hova Ive already seen you a few times and Im concerned your concert is going to be more Magna Carta less Blueprint.) As did I. (Well, I also got tickets to see Jay) Very excited for both.
  13. QUOTE (witesoxfan @ Sep 26, 2013 -> 11:00 AM) Pssh, says the guy who skipped prom to go to a White Sox game HEY! I didn't necessarily skip prom. I just stepped out from time to time to catch some of the game. Believe me, if you were me you would've done the same. (Seriously she was a great gal, I'm sure she's getting on someone's nerves as we speak)
  14. If this is what we think it all is, I'm gonna need some Kleenex ASAP.
  15. QUOTE (zenryan @ Sep 25, 2013 -> 07:34 PM) Yeah but I'm growing tired of the Braves. Hoping they flame out early in October. Same. Something about a group of guys who take the game of baseball way too seriously just doesn't do it for me.
