  1. Cowboys escape again in another game where the offense decided nothing would work for them today. Roy Williams, go away & never come back please. I'd much rather have TO back. The O-line looked good today, which was a main concern of mine. Just hope it keeps up for the rest of the season. Nick Folk, you can go sit down too. It's about time for Buehler to become the sole kicker on this team. 2-1 against the NFC East, I'll take it. Oakland on Thanksgiving, hopefully it won't be a struggle. How about them Cowboys? *raises roof for tough victories & the 1st place Cowboys*
  2. QUOTE (elrockinMT @ Nov 22, 2009 -> 10:58 AM) The Sox made the trade and said he was going to play 3B. If they have a plan then stick to it IMO This. Hasn't Teahen's thing been that he hasn't felt at "home" since he's been moving around so much on the field anyway? If the guy feels the best at 3B, you might as well start him there since you traded for him.
  3. QUOTE (juddling @ Nov 21, 2009 -> 11:56 PM) As strange as it is to say or even type this....it appears that Lady GaGa may have had some talent at one time..... Lady GaGa I'm pretty sure I read an interview where she's a classically trained musician. Either way, none of it shows in her current work.
  4. Ortiz/Griffin was very meh to me. Even more stupid was both of them complaining about s*** after the fight. Tito, if you had a "cracked skull" I'm pretty sure you wouldn't of been cleared to fight. I guess if I judged it, I would of had it a draw, or 29-28 Griffin. Also, what the f*** happened to Tito in the 3rd round? I picked against him & he proved me wrong. I'm ashamed for picking against Kos. As much as I would like to see him face Hardy next, if he were to beat him then the UFC would be f***ed for a next title fight. Volkmann/Thiago was weird. Like I think it was a good fight, but I'm not completely sure it was. Lil' Nog did his thing. I like Sadollah, so I'm glad to see him get a W. The question is, where do some of these guys go from here?
  5. QUOTE (knightni @ Nov 21, 2009 -> 07:41 PM) They've really helped Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordon. I see what you did there.
  6. Thanks for posting it. I've been trying to find it all week. Picks for tonight. Griffin Johnson Sadollah Volkmann Cane Davis Rosholt
  7. Not sure if you're into hip-hop at all but The Cool Kids are gonna be at Reggie's on the 10th. It's a small little venue that has a bar & record store attached to it. Usually a fun time though.
  8. According to Dana White's Twitter. Karo pulled out AGAIN for tomorrow's fight, and he won't be fighting in the UFC again.
  9. QUOTE (kjshoe04 @ Nov 19, 2009 -> 10:17 AM) What should I get for lunch? PHB. 'nuff said.
  10. QUOTE (bmags @ Nov 18, 2009 -> 05:10 PM) even on labor day? Maybe not so much on Labor Days, but everything since Bazooka Tooth is a bit overboard. I honestly think he brought down the new Felt project.
  11. QUOTE (bigruss22 @ Nov 16, 2009 -> 12:32 AM) Anybody listen to Aesop Rock? I think a few of his songs are really good. His beats are too busy for me. Like they'd give me a headache if I listen to them with headphones on. Going to see Brother Ali & Evidence at the Metro tonight. So excited.
  12. Slipknot made this list? *scratches head*
  13. QUOTE (SoxFan562004 @ Nov 18, 2009 -> 08:23 AM) http://www.mmaweekly.com/absolutenm/templa...25&zoneid=2 WEC on tonight. This is a must watch for any MMA fans, hardcore or casual. If you're a casual MMA fan watch WEC, these events usually deliver. The main event is probably the match I have been looking the most forward to out of any the last few months. Thanks for reminding me, if I had remembered sooner I could of DVR'd before going out for the day/night. I'll just have to catch it after I get in tonight.
  14. QUOTE (kjshoe04 @ Nov 17, 2009 -> 11:29 PM) Shouldn't have ever doubted him. I take back every bad thing I've said about him. Noah for All Star! I'm glad my tweet inspired you. As for this trading Hinrich for Ellis? Put down the drugs. We let Gordon walk, so you wanna trade for another Gordon? I'll take Hinrich's D instead thanks.
  15. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Nov 17, 2009 -> 12:52 AM) Was watching the Ravens/Browns game. I know the Baltimore D is good. But the Browns owe me somethin'. I don't care what it is. I'll even take an apology. They have without question the most pathetic, deplorable, inept offense I've seen in some time. 5 offensive touchdowns in their last 15 games? I want those 3+ hours back. Your first mistake was watching Cleveland period.
  16. That's really a shame about Lesnar. Hope he recovers.
  17. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Nov 16, 2009 -> 04:49 PM) Didn't he sign with Texas last season and proceeded to fail his physical or did I just make that up? Nah, that happened.
  18. QUOTE (MexSoxFan#1 @ Nov 16, 2009 -> 02:47 PM) Of course you gotta punt it away...maybe Manning drives them to a TD but at least you tell your defense you have confidence in them making a stop, but Belichick essentially gave his D a vote of no confidence and frankly looked like a douche going for it on 4th and 2 on your OWN 28 yard line and up by 6,I mean when is the last time you ever seen something like that?? BB is getting torched by most NFL analysts and deservedly so. I wish I saw these analysts that were torching him. I follow Adam Schefter & Peter King on Twitter and they've been slurping him all day. I still think he's a good coach, he just made a HORRIBLE decision. But to try and justify it because he's a good coach is stupid. He tried to be ballsy & it backfired on him.
  19. As for judging, they should probably just go to the PRIDE system by just picking a winner.
  20. QUOTE (T R U @ Nov 16, 2009 -> 02:09 AM) There was a laundry list of people who had tested positive for steroids after they started cracking down on it, which shouldn't have been very big surprise to anyone.. Wrestlers being amped up on steroids and/or hooked on pills wasn't something shocking in the business and before the wellness policy.. either way, if Orton was champ and been pulled over for speeding and was found with marijuana and pills and got arrested his booking would have been handled totally different than him receiving a 30 day suspension for failing the wellness policy.. And while not right, there could have at least been some understanding as to why any wrestler would need to take steroids or pop pills.. RVD doesn't need to smoke weed and most certainly as the champion of the company doesnt need to be doing something stupid like speeding while having such things on him.. Actually it's known that some wrestlers choose weed rather than pills. In fact, Vince has had to crack down harder on failed tests for weed since so many wrestlers would just pay the small fine & choose to keep smoking.
  21. I'd still of punted if I was Belichick. If Peyton's gonna beat me, he's gonna have to go the 70 or so yards to do so.
  22. Yeah, but Orton's been suspended twice. Mysterio's been suspended & was in rehab last year, while the WWE went ahead & covered it up. Oh, but we can't have a champion that smokes pot. But we can have one who's amped up on steroids, or one who's hooked on pills.
  23. You're missing the point completely. Other wrestlers have also f***ed up, but the ones that Vince have liked don't get jobbed out like that. They'll get their title stripped, lose their push for awhile & in a little while it'll be back to shoving them down our throats.
  24. QUOTE (DBAHO @ Nov 15, 2009 -> 07:49 PM) Yep agreed. Still he's playing better than he was earlier in the season, so I'll take that. Eh, I'd be just fine with the team plane leaving him in Green Bay. Horrible Horrible game for the offense. Just rebound & take the next 2 before heading into a tough December.
