That deal makes too much since for us to consider passing up if it actually were presented to KW....therefore, I know it won't happen!!! Seattle would be downright braindead to make that move, I'm sorry....but hey, we've seen some GMs *cough* make dumb moves like that before, so who knows.

And sadly, Mariotti is right on point. The right thing to steer this organization in the right direction, and help win fanbase back, is to get Maggs locked up. It is for that reasonthat of course, it will NOT happen. Profit margins have been more important to good ole JR than winning baseball since he's been here

Wow, The Cheat....I was beginnig to think I was the last person in the world that thought "Vitalogy" was a damn good album. Kudos to you!!! As for my list, I'll try to think of them all... Foo Fighters - "The Colour and the Shape" Audioslave - "Audioslave" Pearl Jam - "Yield" Fiona Apple - "When the Pawn..." Closure - "Closure" The Beatles - "Rubber Soul" The Beatles - "Abbey Road" Led Zeppelin - "Houses of the Holy" Weezer - "Weezer" Foo Fighters - "One By One" Veruca Salt - "Eight Arms to Hold You" Coldplay - "Rush of Blood to the Head" Those are some of my all time favorites. Your opinion may vary....

BITE YOUR TONGUE!!! Alas, Mr. Critic....Fiona is one of the better songwriters out there, and it doesnt hurt that her music isn't plastered all over the garbage called mainstream music.
-
I have intentions of seeing this flick...BTW, props on using the best Helena Bonham-Carter quote from Fight Club
-
Good deal Aboz....but good Lord, I gotta agree with teh others....that shirt Este has on is hair raising!! Yikes!!!
-
Well, I'm really looking forward to "Extraordinary Machine" by Fiona Apple. Its been a good 5 years since her last release, and its long overdue.
-
So....yeah....my South Carolina team is doin pretty damn good this year....18-2, 5-1 in the conference. Wait, did I already mention that??
-
Well, my South Carolina boys are now 18-2, and 5-1 in the SEC!!! Dunno how you cant get them a slot in the Big Dance right now. Dave Odom could quite possibly be Coach of the Year for his efforts with a team that was "supposed" to finish last in the confrence. Kudos to Coach Odom and the guys in Columbia, SC!!
-
And my South Carolina boys dropped into the AP Top 25 The boys are playing some damn good hoops right now. Sitting at 16-2 overall, 3-1 in the SEC.
-
WHAT THE f***??? Damnit, people are just f***ing unbelieveable.
-
Yeah, I dont get it either...anytime I'm flipping thru the movie channels, and Zoolander is on, I watch it. "Oh!!!!! The files are IN the computer??"
-
You kidding right? You don't actually go by what the so called experts say do ya? Most of my favorite movies ever were THRASHED by "experts". Planes, Trains and Automobiles The Fifth Element Rounders ALL thrashed by these piece of s*** "critics" Go form your own opinions israel4ever. Honestly, no one can tell you what YOU will enjoy in a film. Also, DEFINATELY watch Office Space.....cult classic that 90% of the blue collar cubicle workers can quote en masse.

Lol, nice find C. Rector.....pretty funny stuff...heres what I got: Heather Lee in Questions Later In this action packed rollercoaster, Heather_Lee (Heather Graham) is an undercover soldier with a problem. She has to find YASNY (Steven Seagal) before her archenemy, Sox4lifeinPa (Pierce Brosnan), outwits him. Like many before her, she demolishes a hidden basement. Watch this movie if you like rubbish! Cwsox in The Trials of Cwsox Cwsox (Mel Gibson) has made the worst career move of his life. The suspense mounts as his approval rating is in the hands of the constituents, and Steff, his speech writer (Maggie Smith), is being frightfully unhelpful. Chisoxfn (Willem Dafoe) puts the finishing touches on an undesirable option, though the jury is out regarding the wisdom involved in that process. Fanof14 in Gunzone In this compelling bloodbath, Fanof14 (Jennifer Aniston) is a naïve police officer with a libido to kill. She must silence Capn12 (Michael Richards) before her foe, Aboz56 (John Malkovich), captures him. Wasting no time, she sneaks into Aboz56's fortress, not knowing what she expects to find inside. You only live twice; see this movie both times. Edited to change YASNY's gender!!! Sorry about that Yasny....hehe..long night.

Yep, and I'm sorry....but Carl Everett had no friggin clue how to play CF. He just didnt have then mentality to get it done there. Throwing to the wrong base, missing cutoff men, weak arm....I know Carl could hit, but IMO AaRow can produce enought to warrant his everyday status.
-
Hopefully its known that I've been the biggest AaRow supporter around. i have been all for giving him his shot, and NOT bringing anyone in to play CF. No need to, when I believe that we have our solution already here. We are all rooting for ya AaRow!!
-
*sigh* Thanks for gettin here way earlier than me SS2K4. All I can do is reiterate what SS2K4 said. Difference of opinions are expected on message boards. Hell, its what makes discussions so great alot of the time. But thats as far as it needs to go. No reason to sling mud on any of our posters, or their families. Think before you post.

"I don't get it. How can these guys lay off pitches that close?" hehe, i've seen that movie so many times....here are a few of m fav quotes from it... "Are you saying Jesus Christ can't hit a curveball??" "I look like a banker with this on." "Sorry Rick, those are the house rules." "This guy here is DEAD!!" "Cross him off, then." I always wanted a Strange Brew sequesl, and up until 2000, they were talking about it.
-
LOL...definately baggio....thats a good one...I still like the ESPN office guys ones. "Thats a double" "NO!! Thats a single" "Fine, its a single.....and, he steals second" "He can't steal second!!" Hehe, shelve baseball...good stuff. On the flip side of that....if I EVER see one of those DAMNED 2-way walkie talkie commercials again, it will be too soon. That stupid one with the wedding, the Priest, groom and bride all using those things..Damn, I hate those.
-
Maybe, but Reed IMO must be above and way beyond AaRow after ST to take the job from him. How can one reasonably judge AaRow from the sporadic starting time he has had?? Let Reed get his AAA seasoning, and don't try to throw him up here a-la Joe Borchard style...although I do believe the Reed will be a better MLB player than Borchard, if he ever is a MLB player.
-
/nod...I agree YASNY...I've been a fan of Jonny boy for a while, and don't quite understand how people can call the kid a bust, and have a desire to trade him. I want Garland around on teh Southside for as long as we can keep him. He can become IMO a solid #2 in time.
-
Holy Hell...its a bad day when Scott Freakin Schoeneweis gets almost $2mill for his spectacular numbers. :puke
-
Hehe, good stuff indeed...it must be kinda odd knowing that LOTS of people await your new flash animation every Monday....those guys must sit back and chuckle.
-
Also, note AaRow showed some pop in his ABs, and also drew more walks than K's. Average doesn't mean too much for me, but nice to see the power and discipline that AaRow will heopfully maintain on the Southside in 2004.
-
Yeah, and he ALWAYS comes through in the clutch. The real reason he gets to stay around is that ultra-uber 80's Porn Mustache he sports, we all know that!! I mean C'mon!!! Check out that 'stache!!!
