Another well pitched inning by Mark. Keep it up guys, the pitching has been solid every game so far. Well, 'cept Marte, but he'll be ok.

Good to see that Buehrle has gotten over the JosE6 problems already, he is dealing like he always does.

There ya go, big man. Fight off the tough pitches, and earn the walk.

Very good point. 2 out hitting was something we had in 2000, and has been sorely lacking since then.

The bats have shaken winters frost off of them, and if we get back to where 1-9 in the lineup is capable of hitting that clutch hit, the American League better watch out!!! Things lookin up guys, the pitching can be solid, and the bats are there.

Yankee Announcers
Yeah, Tex, they werent too bad. I had to listen to them on mlb.tv. I was impressed when they came back and showed the sequence to ARod, and how on 2 different occasions the called 3rd strike was indeed a strike, despite what Pay-Rod thought.

Jon Garland
Well, the patience he showed by not only letting Garland pitch through his control issues, but not even getting anyone up, will IMO go a LONG way towards letting Garland know what is expected of him this year. He will no longer be treated like the 21 year old "phenom" who will be bailed out of teh first sign of problems he encounters. And ALOT of that credit goes to Ozzie handling the lineup card, and not Jerry Manuel.

Jon Garland
IF he wasnt at 120 pitches, yeah, I'd agree...but it is his first start, and we don't need to stretch him out that much yet. We are gonna need a healthy JonnyG this year to win the division.

Crimson... that = teh win

Jesus f***ing Christ..... even in games my man doesn't pitch, you guys find ways to whine about him. Is this just a running joke because everyone wants to engage some reaction from me? As I remember, Koch = 1 Save....Shinjo = 2 run BOMB....Marte = 2 Bombs, 1 to Mendy f***ing Lopez. Thank you, good day.

Well, I don't find many times when I agree with aboz, but that 2nd line he said there says it all...quoted for truth.

Ahhhhhhh!!! I figured it out!!!! Shinjo is suffering from the curse of Royce Clayton!!!!! Do what you must, but don't wear #10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
