What is the loyalty to him? What's amazing is the Sox offense is actually getting worse.

Ted Phillips was the same.....how'd that work out when put in charge.

He took a franchise with some good pieces, failed to surround them with talent, won some trades and now has some good pieces but fails to surround them with talent AGAIN.
