The Grandal-Zavala-McGuire Conundrum
Seby is the every day catcher now, McGuire is gone especially if Zavala keeps being respectable. McGuire is playing less than Zavala now and here is another point of contention with the organization. Tony likes Seby more than McGuire and Grandal was obviously playing injured all season and the reason why McGuire was getting more opportunities prior to Seby coming back. I think McGuire slips through waivers. .

The 8-5 Triple Play…
I said that and I said that at the game and the guy in front of me turned around after the triple play and said, they should be winning. There is a base running flaw in their system. The Mendick tag up earlier for the third out at second before McGuire scored and then Moncada yesterday. There is some failing philosophy there. They are a bad fundamental team and they exasperate the situation with philosophies that do not match. their stupidity. I liked the Engel steal but it did not work out. At the game there was no evidence shown that it should have been over turned. What I think we are seeing more this year as the TLR wants a style of play and the organization is not built for this style of play.

Sox vs Minny 7/4/22 game thread Sweet Home Chicago, without Tony
I was at the game but forgot my phone...that was a mess. Nice bobblehead. First off why didnt Engel run for sheets intially. He ends up at third on moncadas hit. Moncada was half way to third ..first time he hustled in 2 years and makes history being may culprit in first ever 8-5 triple play. Tim Anderson is not a leadoff hitter. Tony guys thrown but nobody ever knew it. The offense is beyond broken Robert and Vaughn don't even try and pull the ball moncada doesn't even swing hard any more.

AND THAT'S A LEURY LEGEND WHITE SOX WINNER
Went to bed after the 3rd that's where I am at with this team. Good to see Pollock do well. He should leadoff or bat second. Moncada is toast. Win one of next two and it's a nice end to a killer schedule. Let the day begin.

Oscar Colas Story (Is this true?)
My guess is he is looking at the signing bonus of former cubans like Moncada that can mail it in and still get paid while he got a fraction of that. Social media strikes again

6/29 GT: Sox @ LAAAAAA (Kopech v. Ohtani) - let's go streaking at 8:38 PM CT
Frank Thomas never won a playoff series and I think he only won one playoff game in his White Sox career. This was back when there was much more parity amongst teams and spending. The Angels are spending foolishly but they are spending.
