QUOTE(IlliniKrush @ Mar 8, 2005 -> 04:49 AM) Alright so i'm exporting some of my CDs into my Itunes library and then into my Ipod. I came across one of my CDs where this does not work because it has other files on it, such as music videos, pictures, etc. So when i go to "file - add file to library" it only gives me the option to import these bogus files, not any of the songs. Is there any way to get these songs into ITunes? I can't figure it out. If I understand what you have, is it possible via Windows Explorer or My Computer to get a directory of the CD and move just the music tracks to your hard drive, them into iTunes from there? I assume the software is trying to handle the entire CD.

QUOTE(YASNY @ Mar 8, 2005 -> 07:23 AM) She survived, so it couldn't be a hit. One person is dead, maybe he was the commie!

But not too busy to educate and research

QUOTE(YASNY @ Mar 8, 2005 -> 07:18 AM) That would be an interesting research project for somebody. TexSox, you busy? Yes

QUOTE(TheBigHurt35 @ Mar 8, 2005 -> 12:07 AM) It wouldn't, but they're claiming that it WASN'T an accident. That's where the problem lies. Let me see if I understand this She's a commie b****, so it couldn't be a hit?

QUOTE(TheBigHurt35 @ Mar 7, 2005 -> 08:19 PM) You still fail to recognize the difference between being hit by indiscriminatory fire and being kidnapped, tortured, and beheaded because of one's race and/or religion. Did you catch the story about Reuters cameraman Mazen Dana being killed by a mortar round back in August? Or how about the one about Washington Post columnist Michael Kelly, who was killed in a Humvee accident? Most people recognize the difference between bad luck and the intentional slaughter of civilians. Most consider the former an unfortunate, but inevitable part of war. The latter, however, is only accepted by terrorists. Well, that's because communism is wrong. History has clearly shown that it doesn't work. This woman clearly has an anti-American agenda and she doesn't deserve a shred of respect from me. Being angry at the U.S. troops for accidentally opening fire on her car is certainly understandable. Trying to undermine our government with her "Bush tried to assassinate me!" rhetoric, however, is not and, frankly, gives me every right to give this left-wing America-hater the "b****" label. And I agree that we should apologize for making a mistake (if, indeed, the investigation determines that we were at fault). Then again, it's equally possible that her driver made the mistake. We'll have to wait until the investigation is complete. If it was an accident, what difference does it make what political views the journalist who is living or the DEAD Special Ops Agent have?

QUOTE(WilliamTell @ Mar 7, 2005 -> 05:10 PM) It does seem sad and I'm not trying to sound mean or anything but I almost feel that it's somewhat better that they learn other languages too. It's just too bad that they have to give their own up. I can't believe there is over 6000 lanquages though, too many in my opinion. Americans are so adaptable, I remember when we jumped at the chance to switch to the worldwide accepted metric system back in the 70s. Less adaptable societies would have clung to the old system. I am certain we wouldn't have a problem switching to French

Daniel Pearl, and all civilians in the war zone, ignored repeated warnings from the terrorists that they would be executing people. Not saying it is fair, or not, just pointing out that warnings do not excuse behavior.

I believe President Bush's greatest strength is he hires good people. I might not agree 100% with all of their positions and views, but with one exception, I applaud the way he has filled the positions. In fact, I might regret saying this without thinking all the way back, but he may have the best track record of the past 30 years. Again, taking the politics out of it, I think he has done a tremendous job in this area, across the board. Or does he make them look better?

QUOTE(santo=dorf @ Mar 7, 2005 -> 12:46 PM) I saw a commercial for that DVD on ESPNews, and I was like "What the f***? Is this real?" I thought it was a SNL parody at first. I did a google search to find out. LMAO on the picks and comments. If it drives like a 4 door sedan, stand back and look closely and see if it IS a 4 door sedan.

QUOTE(Steff @ Mar 7, 2005 -> 12:03 PM) Just stay at the Pfister with us. That was my favorite Milwaukee Hotel. Are they still operating The English Room? The sommelier, don't call me a wine steward, was excellent. Once, I had called ahead of time, hoping they would have a particular Oregon Pinot in the celler. He called around and could not procure it in time and when I asked about corkage fees he was very nice. We worked out a trade that was very one sided for me. It's little touches like that, that make the Pfister so nice. That and all the marble. The one down side was the var always sucked. Great few but empty and boring. Old Hotels are the best.

Official US Policy is we do not negotiate with terrorists. Unofficially we may negotiate with a 3rd party who negotiates with the terrorist.

QUOTE(WilliamTell @ Mar 7, 2005 -> 10:21 AM) Bush is older than Clinton. And also did lose to him, so I guess I can't complain that Clinton is giving him the bed. It is interesting how our Ex-Presidents all seem to get along. Carter and Ford have discussed this on many occassions. It's a small club. Usually even smaller. At one time I believe we only had Nixon as a living ex-President. Now we have enough Presidents to field a basketball team. I'll guard Ford

FWIW, a guy I know owns a couple LaQuinta Hotels. He's told me the actual best way to a great rate is to call the sales department, explain you visit the area on business and are interested in checking out the hotel. What is the best rate they could offer on X nights. Explain, you would prefer to not book through one of those internet sites, but wish to check out the hotel while on a pleasure trip to the area. It's a white lie of sorts. Many Hotels will offer the price you would get because they actually make more than booking through the agency. It also allows you to choose which hotel you are staying at. It all depends on how much time and effort you wish to invest.

QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ Mar 6, 2005 -> 09:40 PM) No should not do. Poisoning my kids is up to me Heck I said "should not" twice They should keep junk foods out of the schools. Same difference. Of course I remember the days of pizza, green beans, and apple sauce; all at the same temperature :puke

QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ Mar 6, 2005 -> 09:26 PM) I agree with him actually. Our public institutions should not be contributing to one of the most preventable causes of death. If parents want to teach their kids bad habits that is one thing, the government should not. Stardate 06 March 2005: Southsider finds something the government should do. I kid, because I care
