better to gain the trust of the manager and then scan the DVDs and just give them to a friend and split the profits Geez, kids today. :headshake BTW PA, finishing up the Animal Husbandry degree?
  4. Thanks Jas for keeping it positive by starting off with the poster boys of consistent productivity. Right now he's the #4, and hopefully will drop to the #5 by spring. I like him at that spot and expect him to have a great season next year.
  5. If they are going to pose as passengers shouldn't they have access to the liquor cabinet? Damn, maybe he just needs a couple shots to steady his nerves before any stuff goes down.
  6. WAAAAAAIT a minute. He tried to rob a copy store, asked for directions to a specific bank, then 40 minutes later robbed it and got away. Why didn't the fine clerk at the copy store call the police and alert them? Why didn't the police have a couple of guys waiting for him at the bank? If the would be robber walked into a Blockbuster in PA you can damn well be assured he wouldn't have gotten out.

Bigger stage, higher stakes. I doubt we should have expected it. Oil Company = Baseball Team = Texas = US
  8. I find it to be the height of hubris for any one person, even the President, to stake claim on the US being safer or less safe because of them. It will take the entire US to make us slightly safer or slightly less safe. It is up to every American to stay vigilant, to make that call, to challenge our government iof we think they are making a mistake. And not for something completely different . . . George Bush War Medals

It shows the lack of planning and preperation this President puts in. If I'm been dissappointed by anything it is that he didn't drop his shoot from the hip style that catagorized his management in Texas.

Yes, but as soon as y'all discover the advantages of indoor plumbing, that will drop.
  13. idiot Of course the post should contain something more than just you're an idiot. I will judge posts not only by just the insult but the balance of the post. Just coming in a calling someone an idiot or worse will have my fingers flying faster than a well constructed couple of lines as to why someone is an idiot.

And that's a drop in the bucket for Bill Gates, he's the wealthliest person in the US because he gives away more money then the US Government.

How does an 11 year old come to be swinging kittens from a rope? Was she born with this cruelty or is she the product of her environment? Do you think she saw daddy doing that? I think there needs to be a very good investigation of that family. I'll bet there are other issues there.
  16. Wow. And in your line of work how would that be? Accept job offers from any country that provides the best mix of benefits, working conditions, and whatever you find important? High dollars, high risk (some middle east oil country) or low dollars, low risk (Sweden?) You are working and being paid by some government program.
  17. I would have voted for him in a second. I like moderates of either party, expecially ones that are not blinded by party loyalty. I really hope he is a candidate in 2008.
  18. Thank you Nuke, I knew you would prove my point. I said conservatives wanted to go back to 1950s America, you said you didn't, now you seem to. Flip-flopping away, you would like to see us back to 1950s America. And don't forget the morning prayer to Jesus in every classroom. You may not care what gays do, but the GOP's Presidential candidate would like to change the constitution of the US to make certain it doesn't happen. I believe that would make it a conservative agenda item.
  19. The difference between Democrates and the GOP is Democrates are at elast honest enough to say "we have to raise taxes to do this" the GOP says, hey these tax cust will stimulate the economy and will pay for themselves. If we go $1 in debt today it will bering back $5 down the road.
  20. Ahh 1950s to a conservative: Gays were still in the closet, not fighting for marriage rights. Ozzie and Harriet on TV, not Janet Jackson, Howard Stern, etc. Inter-raccial marriage was still illegal, before an "activist" judge in California struck down the laws. Segregation was alive and well Abortion was only for wealthy Americans who could fly to Europe or poor women who could find a back alley abortionist with a coat hanger. Every American could carry a concealed weapon Manufacturers were free from government intrusions and could spew tozic waste into our rivers and poisons into our air. Their workers weren't protected by OSHA to force some poor company to keep their employees safe because Hey, they don't have to work here. Just a few things that the damn liberals have taken from y'all.
  21. Since conservatives do not change their minds ever, don't you want things to be as they were, back in a more conservative time?
  22. I pray this is a retorical question . . .
  23. And Nuke you are guilty of the same tactic, taking the extreme views of the Democratic party. I do not favor much of the far left agenda and either do most of my friends who are Democrates. And the GOP yells about the liberal media to hide their agenda to take away our freedoms and rigths. When the judicial branch can no longer overturn unconstitutional laws, when the government is free from all criticism because the media has been smeared and ignored, then the GOP will enjoy the same freedoms as the Communist party did. The GOP loves to run up deficits to "stimulate" the economy. They have ignored the fact that the government spends money to operate, not to stimulate the economy. They are engaged in a charage of we will give you everything and you won't have to pay for it. They are spending this money to destroy the Dem party like the US did to desroy the USSR. Except this time we will all be trillions in debt.
  24. I think that conservatives want to bring back 1950s America and liberals understand the world is changing and evolving and are willing to take risks to make the US a better place. You cannot apply 1950s solutions to 2000 problems. I also believe that the media will not allow liberal thinkers on the air. They only allow right wing propaganda and keep the intelligent liberal thinkers off the air. Rush is a master of finding some wacko and using that guy as an example of all Democrates. Hannity also uses that technique. Well all you hear are examples of Democrates who are allowed on the air by the conservative shows what other opinion can be formed? I find it amazing that conservatives are born thinking something and never change their opinion. The world changes, people need to change also.
