Saturday Night Bristol Stomp
Sorry, I know the difference, I just leaped from organized racing on closed streets to illegal racing on open streets and didn't connect the dots. Sorry. At least in California where the show was filmed they were racing on city streets under street lights. They find roads that border two cities and move back and forth as the law asks them to disperse.

Israel reportedly has spy in Pentagon
I have to disagree. We should not be sharing. Look at all of our allies who are no longer our allies.

Saturday Night Bristol Stomp
Funny you should mention street racing the Country Music Network had a show on illegal street racing opposite the Bristol race. I watched a little of that also. Pretty cool watching everyday people racing 100+ MPH illegally on streets, possibly wiping out some family in a mini-van. Really Cool We need to glamorize and encourage that.

Saturday Night Bristol Stomp
Hey that was a fun race. I enjoyed the 3 and 1/2 minutes I watched during Law and Order Commercials Still NASCAR is way better in person, just like hockey.

Israel reportedly has spy in Pentagon
But are you saying it is OK for Israel to spy on the US?

Interesting BBC Interview with a US Marine
Maybe moveon was correct if Rush, Hannity, Oreilly, Laura, Reagan, and the other 100 conservative talk show hosts didn't take them to task for it.

What are you really eating??
FDA Link, More at Site Actually the FDA does allow acceptable limits of these types of items in your food. The calculator may be off and not set to the exact FDA levels, but make no mistake you are eating rodent and insect parts.

The Curse of Dick Cheney
And changed again. I didn't realize that Cheney served so many presidents all the way back to Nixon.

Israel reportedly has spy in Pentagon
So what is fair for one side is fair for the other? Just checking and giving you a chance to retract. Or somehow that logic only applies to US-Israel and not Israel-anyone else?

Interesting BBC Interview with a US Marine
There is no proof he was in Texas, or anywhere else for that matter. They cannot find the records and no one remembers. Which brings up another point. Why do these swift boat vets have such great memories yet no one who served in the guard could remember Bush? Perhaps battle sharpens ones memory.

I believe there can be no objective reporting from either side.

Saturday Night Bristol Stomp
BTW, I should have added to my earlier comments about the allure of NASCAR to say it's also the Executive in the $100,000 RV and the interplay of man and machine. Man getting a machine so finely tuned it is like an extension of himself.

Interesting BBC Interview with a US Marine
You mentioned Kerry was nervous about the effects on veterans, I think most veterans had their minds made up a long time ago. It would take an extraordinary series of events to get them to vote Democratic. YASNY, thank you for proving my point. The swift boat vets are doing the same thing Kerry has done. One of the swift boat vets that has now denied ever being in Cambodia was on the record for stating he was in Cambodia. These guys are tools for others to use in a smear campaign that ultimately will knock down all military honors. It's funny watching both parties react to a unique campaign. A Dem candidate who served and a GOP who used influence to at the min avoid Viet Nam and at worst used it to avoid the National Guard service as well. Shades of Dole - Clinton with each side now getting the chance to play the other guy's cards. Kap has in his sig, they all do it. Don't lose site that each side is now doing what they accused the other of doing during the Clinton races. Dems circa 1992 and 1996 "Viet Nam service didn't matter" now believe it does and vice versa. I think I'm going to be a RINO in this election, but it has nothing to do with what either party did 30+ years ago.

Nuke, I do not believe any Democratic candidate in my generation counted on any veteran votes. The military is very conservative. Even if you go in as a Dem, you'll come out as a GOP.
