Gee if Mariotti didn't talk about it, it wouldn't happen. Everyone just close your eyes and ears and it will be ok. Everybody loves each other at the ball park. Blame Mariotti, don't blame the jerks that started the fight and the others this season that preceeded it.

As a total that doesn't seem too high. Remember, chances are it will be split between a buyer and seller agent. You can negotiate it down if the listing agent is also the buyer's agent. Generally 4-5% is reasonable. You get what you pay for. Go over all the services the agent will perform. Advertising, marketing support, multi-listing, hours of service, any summer vacation plans, etc.

Leaving Burke or Davis to handle E-Lo and Garland. If we carry three catchers maybe the odd man out catches the #5 (Rauch? Diaz?) I'll be shocked if Sandy doesn't catch Garcia and Mark the rest of the way.
