I have Road Runner cable access and when I go to full screen the image is blurry, with a smaller window open, it isn't too bad. It is not as good as broadcast TV.

As a total that doesn't seem too high. Remember, chances are it will be split between a buyer and seller agent. You can negotiate it down if the listing agent is also the buyer's agent. Generally 4-5% is reasonable. You get what you pay for. Go over all the services the agent will perform. Advertising, marketing support, multi-listing, hours of service, any summer vacation plans, etc.
