Either its a false complaint being played out on a world wide stage or a talented young man use to getting his way is getting his due.

This is silly. You cannot justify one action by another. The assassinations was wrong. To go back and say "well he pushed me first, no he did", has gotten both sides to this point. Is it more important to be correct or to end the bloodshed? Its you against the world. I will side with world opinion that assassinations are wrong.

Or are they above the law? with Apache gun ships cruising their neighborhoods, shooting missles, I cannot understand why the Palestinians would distrust and fear Israel. I also cannot understand with suicide bombs going off in crowded buses that Israelis would fear and distrust Palestinians.

Actually, while not agreeing with Apu, I do not think he is an idiot. He is a skilled researcher and a fairly entertaining writer. He also seems to be able to keep his calm and wits about him. Perhaps he isn't as emotionally tied to this. I think he has done a fair job of pointing out attrocities that have been committed against Palestine as I4E has done a fair job of pointing out the attrocities that have been committed against Israel. If this was truly a one-sided argument it would have been solved a long time ago. Instead, it is a powder keg of issues that all reach to the very core of our being human. Security, faith, justice, anguish for loved ones, etc. As for APU's hatred of Jews, I4E has demonstrated his hatred of Palestinians, Arabs, and anyone who disagrees with his point of view.

I'll be honest, I've been trying to refute many of Apu's claims and it is difficult. I am not saying they are factual, just harder to debunk. I didn't find just one UN or Amnesty International denouncement of Palestine, there are a bunch to wade through. Have they also condemned Israel? Yes they have. And the Physicians group you cited does seem to be a Palestinan only group. Of course they are touting Pro-Palestinian view points. As far as your earlier post regarding a newspaper poll. I'm not a rocket scientist but I have done and reviewed enough scientific research to know the difference. If I was the NRA and wanted to poll Americans on gun control, I would poll ranchers in Wyoming and produce results that matched what I wanted. If I was the AARP, I would survey retirement communities in Florida. If we polled Illinois residents about airport noise would the results be different in Rosemont and Sleepy Hollow? You cannot believe any newspaper poll with out knowing the methods used in their research. I have never seen one that was scientific based. If they phoned Palestinians, they just narowed their search to only those Palestinians rich enough to own phones, and you've told us most Palestinians live in poverty. If this was a self selected poll. (hello, are you a Palestinian?) anyone could have voted and confounded the results. If this was an internet poll, even worse. I reject a lot of surveys that are posted as pro Palestinian for the same reasons.
