I read about 3-4 books a week.

F250s are sufficient for tow/trailing cars, but if you have a larger drag car/RV/etc., you need an F350. We have an F250 which suits us, but the race car we have isn't that heavy and it holds a decent amount of scrap!

I'll bet Busch disagreed as well as the other 9 drivers knocked out , but that's my point - all season he has been overly agressive causing accidents that needn't happen. For whatever reason, NASCAR doesn't seem to want to deal with it.

They claimed they were warning drivers over the radio, but I doubt any of the drivers were taking it seriously.

Agree 100% - I also think Tony needs to be parked - he will hurt someone soon with the way he's been driving. If Waltrip hadn't been blocking Rudd the way he was, he would have been top 10 instead of 16.

If Politte didn't let inherited runners cross the plate, it would have been 3ER in 7 2/3 innings. I think that is much better than 8 runs in 2 innings, but what the hell do I know?

Yeah - it was a stupid thing they did, but with the way NASCAR has been getting, i am not surprised it happened. It was mostly Jr fans that did it and he seemed to think it was okay by his post-race comments.

Brian and I went to the GameStop in Merrionette Park Saturday and I had my Sox jacket on and he had his Mariners jacket on - of course it turns out the putz at the counter is a Cubs fan - he asks me how I can like the Sox since they are boring to which I just smiled and said they aren't. He kept hitting the button and Brian saw how pissed I was getting so he told the guy we'd go to another location to return the game (it was a defective disk). Hey MP guy, I got something for ya ... :fyou .

As long as the Sox keep winning, he can have as big a mouth as he likes IMHO.

I have yet to like anything QT has done so I will wait until it is out on DVD (Brian wants to see it).

You would think they have more important things on their agenda... It's amazing to me that people think their ass cracks are so sexy that they must want everyone to see them (those that wear those kinds of jeans). To each, their own though. Personally, I like my ass crack covered in public.

I tuned it late due to the race (oh yeah, NASCAR, I've got something for ya - :fyou ) - I had been flipping back and forth - and it looked like post-game, but it was really bottom of the 9th. Good to see them win. One question, was that home plate ump as erratic in his calls as he seemed?

We were supposed to go, but things fell through so we watched in on TV instead. I think that might be the last time Brian cheers for that team (Griffs - due to when they were the Sens AHL team). You have to admite the Griffs and the Sens have one thing in common - they both choke in the playoffs to the same team.

My dad said every guy he knew that came over from Ireland when he did was drafted as well. He said the most creative way one of the guys used to get out of service (I believe this particular person ended going back after a short time here) was speaking Gaelic and feigning no English speaking abilities.

Citizenship doesn't matter to the military. My dad was here less than a week (after waiting 6+ years to be allowed entry) and he was drafted. His blood pressure and back problems kept him out.

It might have been a rhetorical question, but I think Beroid and Shammy are passed the age restriction.

I especially admire him keeping his cool on a couple pitches he threw yesterday that they ump called balls. I, too, have enjoyed watching him pitch so far.
