f*** that....CLee is not fast. If I had to propose a lineup....it would look something like this... Olivo - C Ordonez - RF Thomas - DH Lee - LF Borchard - CF Konerko - 1B Valentin - SS Crede - 3B Jimenez - 2B Just to f*** a bunch of s*** up, I guess. Also....you have the fastest person on the team leading off.

Someone mentioned Steve Finley. I'd package up some players for Finley and Miguel Batista in a heartbeat. Kill 3 birds with 2 stones(LH power, CFer, more starting pitching). If we could somehow talk a team like Baltimore into taking Konerko, that would be great.

miles only has 3 errors thus far.. about the same as dj??? i think so.........so they are pretty evenly matched.. only miles isnt lazy........... If Miles is the guy JM wants at 2B and KW is gone..... as you say..... then why is Miles still down in the minors ? Heh, good question. IMO, it is because Aaron just play 2B and D'ang is playing well and hitting well, so he needs to put D'ang in SS and Aaron in 2B, but for him to do this he needs to put Jose in the bench or trade him. And Jose in the bench means clubhouse trouble. Rafa...I have a question to ask you. Do you consider Nomar Garciaparra a bad defensive SS?

DJ has no range whatsoever. You have to be able to watch the games to see that....so I can understand why you were misled. Ask anyone here if Royce Clayton is a good defensive SS....and I bet a lot of people will say that he had a good glove, but no range. Jose is the exact opposite. DJ gives you both of Clayton's and Valentin's negatives...he has no range and a bad glove....plus he's a lazy ass, and if Jose has to kick his ass constantly to get him motivated....then how would he play when Jose is not around? And Miles makes a lot of errors....plain and simple.

As I said....if you think our defense up the middle is s***ty now....you just wait until it is DJ at SS and Miles at 2B. My high school MI combo would do a better job defensively than that one.

I figure we'd win. Then again....we got a lot of meanasses on this board. I'm sure we'd go to the World Series and win the whole f***ing thing.

Our defense would be even worse with a combo of DJ and Miles up the middle. You think it's bad now....that has little range and bad leather written all over it. I'm thinking our high school MI combo could possibly be better then that. I wouldn't mind seeing a Valentin-Miles combo. I am just not a fan of DJ defensively. He is lazy as hell. If you can't get the passion to hustle your ass off on defense....then why not retire?

Goddammit, I'm sick and f***ing tired of your b****ing out Buehrle. This guy had an ERA of under 3.50 in his first 2 full years and won 34 or 35 games. I believe it was cwsox who brought up the ERAs of Maddux, RJ, and one other....or it was company like that anyways...and all of them had ERAs in the 5.50s. I'm sure they suck and their respective teams are looking to deal them. I sure hope that Buehrle throws back-to-back gems....because I want to see you ripping his ass after those two gems.

You know, I just realized something. We could cross Derek Jeter(experience), Nomar Garciaparra(bat), Miguel Tejada(MVP), Omar Vizquel(defense) and ARod(power).....and we would still find something to complain about.

Agreed....except I am not positive that we will be out of it by the All-Star break. I realize KW is not in charge anymore....but he put the team together....and teams that KW has put together have, in the past, had 2 very terrible months, 2 months where they played decently, and 2 months where they played outstanding baseball. This is our second month of terrible baseball. The only hope we have left is that the above holds true.

He made the error that allowed them to score. Ill never support Crede again. Crede, PK, Manuel, KW, Einhorn, JR and Buehrle are on my permanent Sox blacklist... WHO THE f*** CARES IF HE MADE THE ERROR? We scored 2 runs against a team that has a team ERA of probably like 5. Quit being an asshat. We sucked tonight. You're blaming this loss on a guy that gave us half of our offensive support....and he hit a solo shot. What does that say about our offense?

Dude....shut the f*** up. The team needs to pick Joe up there. He made a mistake. They also need to pick up Carlos. They didn't. Put this loss on a lack of team effort. We f***ing sucked. Plain and simple. Don't blame this on one guy.

If you can't hit a pitcher that has an ERA of over 5.50 who hasn't won a game since last year....then you don't deserve to win. If it were Curt Schilling who had those stats and hadn't won since last year...I wouldn't care. You still have to beat his ass. Right now....we f***ing suck.

He is supposed to call out players like that. He could be hitting .125, and calling people out. That's fine with me....that's what he is supposed to do.

Blame Carlos, one of our hottest hitters, but just totally ignore the failures of Crede (whos a crappy hitter) who allowed the whole thing to start. Crede sucks! I'm going to blame Carlos. In those situations, you pick up your teammates and make a routine play(and that is a routine play for a major leaguer). He got his ass burned.
