FOX Saturday Game of the Week
So if the start times supposed to be for FOX, how would that allow enough time for Game 2? Hopefully the double header bumped it OFF FOX!

Tigers @ White Sox 9-14-08 GM 1
I hope they get it in somehow. Halfway to St. Patrick's Day is usually my favorite game of the year, I love the green uni's. The game in 06' was rockin; Freddy G on the mound, and AJ with the 0-2 walk off.

White Sox Loser
They should be thinking: Offense: No number of runs is EVER good enough Pitching: We f***ed up and screwed Gavin.

White Sox Loser
At least seeing him in a Sox uniform made for some good signatures, right?

White Sox Loser
What else to say. At least we fought back after the bullpen s*** the bed. And the Thome facial hair is interesting. tomorrow!

Blue Jays @ White Sox 7:11 9/11 CSN+
Well, the White Sox have invaded my dreams last night. I don't remember all of it, but it started with me watching them play in the post season; then some how me, Uribe and Jenks were cruising around on bikes followed by us running into some trouble at a bar, with Uribe pulling out a shotgun and Bobby Jenks growing about twice his size and those two just clearing out mofo's. Pretty wild stuff, let's hope for another White Sox winner so my mind will be in a similarly good state for hopefully another episode of this badass duo.

9/9: White Sox vs Blue Jays, DH G2: 7:11, CSN
QUOTE (fathom @ Sep 9, 2008 -> 08:39 PM) I'm honestly sorry I started this game thread. I was gonna start one, but I started two of the four we played in Toronto... we all know how those went (ridiculous pitching and no hitting). God. I'm not giving up hope, but I definitely started drinking when Paulie went down... on the first play of the game I tune into. Depressing, but I still think we are in it. I want the Central this year, I want it bad. I'll talk about the playoffs when we get to the playoffs, but dag gummit we are still in a pennant race with 3 weeks left. The Central title is within grasp. We can do this, it's up to the guys left. Griffey, let's f***in' go, dog.

Ugh. This is not the first sight I want to see when turning on the game

White Sox loser.
s***ty to lose the first one with Richard going tonight, but that will be no excuse if we don't win. We need to score!!
-
Sox Loser
Hopefully the Sox can start the series tomorrow with a win. The Blue Jays are the only team we haven't beat this year.

Loser
This is my fault. The last game I went to was in Toronto against Holladay before this. I send the Sox into slumps when I visit them on the road.

QUOTE (Jenksy Cat @ Sep 2, 2008 -> 02:15 PM) yeah, I would hope if you sat next to that idiot you would punch him in the neck. "Hur hur hur, lets go to a Indians vs. Sox game and wear Cubs jerseys" Na I was with a fellow Sox fan. I had a Pierzynski jersey tee and he had a home pinstripe jeresy on. We were behind the farther end of the dugout where the cameras are, so I don't think I would have been spied on TV. There were a tons of Sox fans in and around my section though, which was nice to see.

This was a very painful game to watch from very nice seats behind the White Sox dugout. I gotta stop choosing to go to games where we face pitchers like Halladay and Lee. Seeing 21 batters retired doesn't make a long (and difficult from the car's standpoint on the way back) road trip any more fun. At least I got some great pictures.

ChiSox @ Tribe 6:05 PM CDT
Hittin the road for Cleveland in a couple of hours. Hope we can stick it to Lee and Richard can get his job done!
-
WHITE SOX WINNER (8/31)
Great to see a winner and avoid the sweep. Hopefully we can carry the momentum to Cleveland tomorrow, as I just picked up a pair of tickets 4 rows behind the White Sox dugout for $90 and me and a buddy are road tripping down. Should be a good time.

Good Start!
It's funny that I know Dr. James Andrews from old WWE neck surgeries and the like (and even current surgeries actually) before his work with all athletes with serious injuries. I hate "Beckett" the pitcher (not the person) due to my roomate's man crush on him. This makes the weekend series more interesting.
