Looking at the rest of the Central, adding Freddy I feel puts us in just as good a position as everyone else as far as rotations. We'd have enough arms to keep the 4/5 at least average. And the pen gets richer too. If Dye isn't moved, the lineup can live with an Owens/Anderson platoon I feel. That's assuming Fields is 07 Fields though. I'm still on the Fields bandwagon. He's good friends with TCQ too, so that could be a positive for both.

I tried previewing ahead a few days. I don't see the World Series 05 Movie coming up anytime soon ... I saw the 2004 one. Is this program available on DVD? I never really knew what the non-actual games 2005 World Series DVD was... is it this "World Series" 'Movie' thing?

Anything team projected as middle of the road or better always has potential to win the World Series in my opinion. It's baseball. Sometimes even the lower projected too. Look at the 08 Twins and Marlins who played unbelievably over their heads. The Tigers were crowned 08 World Series Champions this time last year and finished in last. Parity is great unless you're a Pirates fan I guess.

I'm Dankful for the fact Danks pitched on 4/20 two years in a row. I forget who you are with the smokn' danks signature, but that's what got me behind Danks from the get go two years ago. I always try to rip Dank for Danks and it usually turns out pretty well.

I'm looking forward to the World Series, and will be cheering for the Rays. This team is going to be good for a while. The AL East should be hands down the best division in baseball next year, as I expect the Yanks and Sawx to make moves. Hopefully the Jays too, to go along with their pitching.

This reminds me of the s*** I got from my Cubs fan manager at work this summer after the Cubs swept us. I was working as a cook at a pizza place on weeknights, so Monday I come in to find my cook's corner decked out in BS from him. A huge welcome to Wrigleyville banner, a drawing in masking tape on my counter of the field and X's where Aramis Ramirez went deep in the series; and of course a Broom saying some s*** about how the Cubs were the real team in Chicago. I just took it in stride and told him wait for next week; White Sox sweep. After that, I went into work and just said "How bout those White Sox?" and left it at that; which pissed him off more than trying to get him back I think.
