Should be eres...remember that “joke” being constantly bandied back by players and even coaching staff to players back in the mid 90’s. Totally different environments in terms of political correctness and whats considered permissible in a clubhouse (see Ozzie and the blow up doll controversy with Swisher, 2008.)

That’s basically the MiLB system. Works for me, creates two seasons with fresh starts and renewed rooting interest... -

McCann and the bottom 3 stand out the most on first glance... -
Well said.

Love TA. 115.5 MPH exit velocities are GOOD for the game, generally speaking.

What’s your take on Manning?

Like Alex Colome, for example, haha...fwiw, flamboyant is perhaps the best word choice here, especially Cubans and Dominicans.

I’m kind of shocked most are siding with Tatis here. That said, hard to believe there’s an issue here at all if not on the road...if not the #11 (MLB leader over Trout) homer of the early season and especially if no existing “special relationship” between Tingler and Woodward? Unless he reads the local newspaper pregame in team hotel, he's not going to be aware of all this context...as it’s doubtful Tingler specifically brought it up in any way like, “let’s get these guys, my personal pride’s on the line here facing my personal mentor in the sport, etc.”

Or 1967, 2003, 2004, 2006, 2008 (TCQ injury), 2010, 2012 and 2016? What about the year Dunn (2011) became front page news in The NY Times and WSJ? 1959 World Series? Jerry Dybzynski? Tito Landrum?

Time to add Luis Robert? -
Slider FB Slider Slider to Lu-Bob...predictable result, until more adjustments are made.

What about starts since 2000 against Sox by crafty lefties with average FB velo under 92?

Consistently a 10-15% spread between the two, with FG always the higher number. -

Yet somehow, in the last month, Trump has closed the lead from 12 points to 4, almost within the +/- margin of error...

But a 670ish OPS number. He was paid to be an 800+ OPS middle of the order, impact hitter. Look at his LAD numbers. 816, 767, 815, 848 the last for years prior to this one. 812 AVG

Here's the thing, we have a Hispanic manager. We have the biggest contingent of star or near star-level Cuban/Hispanic/Latino players of any team in the known universe. There's always going to be cliques, and it's not always white vs. Hispanic vs. African-American vs. Asian, but it's not unusual, either. Every clubhouse, from majors to minors....has divisions. We just happen to have more than most to resolve, culturally. In the minors, maybe it's the resentment from a 9th rounder towards a "bonus baby" with a $1+ million hypercar. In the end, someone has to bridge the gap between the two factions. Past White Sox teams, it was always Buehrle and Juan Uribe that got along so well together and had great senses of shared humor. Ozzie, famously, created most of the controversies and created an "us vs. them" mindset with everyone united against outsiders, the press/reporters, the Cubs, all the alleged snubs and swipes towards the stepsister to the Cubs with the inferiority complex. KW always played this up, the Raiders/football mentality, mixed up with David vs. Goliath. We have so many huge (or soon to be) stars on this team, pretty soon we will be the hunted, and not the hunters. We have to learn to live with the attention, and channel/focus it in positive ways instead of allowing it to tear the clubhouse and staff apart.

For as well as Cordero has looked at times this season, a bit surprising to see a 6.14 ER.A... Robert gunned down twice so far in the early season. Bang bang play. Might have been reviewed if it was actually a closer game.

What? The Palestinian Authority....? Dallas Keuchel still has to EARN his place in this clubhouse, nothing is given to you in the game of baseball. What have you done for me lately, as they say. And he's doing the best job in the starting rotation in terms of establishing himself as a "streak buster."
