Why 39 picks were taken before Cooper DeJean was selected is one of life's great mysteries...seemed so obvious to at least select him in the 20s. He perhaps is one of those non track guys like a Jerry Rice (obviously no HoF track yet for Coop) that almost never got caught from behind as a punt or kick returner in game situations.
