Sox looking for Win # 45 tonight
Which almost no scout agreed was his long term position. Watch Mason Winn and compare how many outside he register on arm strength alone. Meidroth is serviceable there.

Would love to find the tv ratings for Sox vs. Bananas tonight but JR will probably try to keep it buried...

Who may or may not have cashed in the minority shares his father owned for a long time...but probably fighting with his brother, just like they did over their father's collection of baseball memorabilia/autographs.

Sox trade Andrew Vaughn to acquire Aaron Civale
Rojas...in all seriousness, nobody else comes to mind. Maybe Sheets, but he was more of a platoon guy. I remember back in the day Joe Borchard hardly getting a half season's worth of at bats and was equally hyped to Vaughn. The difference was those were competitive Sox teams for the most part.

Sox can't win at KC or Texas. 0-11 0-10 Yankees' writers already complaining about the advantage CLE has playing the Sox more frequently in division.

KW's biggest "failures"... 2007=72-90 2009=79-83 2011=79-83 Average is 77-85 Sounds absolutely wonderful to me now. And that's not even "mired in mediocrity," it's one step or tier below.

2025 MLB season...catch-all for non-Sox, non AL-Central
Here comes the 1969, Batman and Brant Brown stories. Must feel a bit like late in 2005 did for Sox fans...nervous energy/excitement. Except CLE never caught them...Riske/Crede game was high water mark. Luckily for Cubs, the Mets pulling a similar fade job and only 1/2 game up on Cindy.

See JR the White Sox could draw three million to that stadium...unfortunately, not with one of your own teams.

I think there are at least three other rotating teams that play the Bananas and each other...

Sox trade Andrew Vaughn to acquire Aaron Civale
"After a failed run with the White Sox, Vaughn has become one of the best hitters in baseball since he got to Milwaukee, a key part of the Brewers’ recent success. Milwaukee, which is an incredible 39-11 since trading for Vaughn, will be without Jackson Chourio for the next few weeks as he recovers from a hamstring injury. As a result, the Brewers will need their new first baseman and his increased production even more down the stretch as the team looks to tie a bow on the NL Central title and make a run at baseball’s No. 1 seed in the postseason."—Russell Dorsey, Yahoo Sports https://sports.yahoo.com/mlb/article/6-underrated-players-who-could-boost-their-teams-in-final-push-toward-mlb-playoffs-141444580.html

Jang was the best high school pitcher in Korea the year he came out and this was considered yet another flag planted in that country for LA. Goes all the way back to Chan Ho Park and they have Kim at middle infield now as well. Renember, high schoolers usually graduate at 19 in that country.
