rex ...your problem is you dont have to watch carlos play everyday saturday im at the cell..and a little looper is hit in front of carlos..im thinking , okay should be an easy out..drops in for a hit in front of carlos..im like what the hell??....so the next batter i check where he is playing...up to bat is the ever dangerous BRANDON INGE!!!!....carlos is about three steps off the warning track..i look at rowand in CF and maggs in RF...both are 5 to 8 steps in closer than carlos...you can see where the outfielders stand because the grass is a little discolored...about 5 steps in front of lee is where higgenson was playing... he cant play LF...supporters are saying he has gotten much better at balls over head...BULL!!!..he just backed up more...if he turns and take 4 steps he hits the wall!!!...plus he is dumber than dirt on the bases factor that stuff in before you say he is better than daubach...daubach was loved in boston by the fans...which is surprising with names like pedro nomar and manny....but their fans said that brian was a real team player , even when he was in a slump he could make productive outs (something carlos has no clue on)...he knows how the game should be played and hustle's is ass off every play these are things carlos doesnt do..cant factor that into the stats

its gotta at 945....i cant pick an exact time..i asked for an evening time which runs until 10pm and this what we got....too late to change now if you cant make the draft just pre rank your teams...even if you are there for just the first few rounds atleast youll the top players you want before going to auto pick...just make sure when you pre rank if there is someone you really dont want to move him to the very bottom of the ranakings...youll still get a good team..if you dont...good thing about a keeper league is if your in last place as the young talent makes it onto the yahoo rosters you'll get first shot and you can build for future years...thats the beauty of keeper leagues...you can have alot of fun even if you are in 12 place... my best team this year was one where i missed the first half of the draft and it was auto picked...shows you what i know about drafting

im sorry, there is nothing wrong with a hard slid, that is part of baseball. i love seeing a hard slide. did you see the play...it was well over and valentin was getting out of the way..palmer came in feet first with his spikes off the ground...as he hit val i nthe league he did a pop up slide..trying to pin vals leg on the ground as he stood up and put all his weight on it...lucky for val he was able to spin his leg out of there thats not a hard slide...a hard clean slide is one where you slide late so you can hit the ss/2nd with your body..forcing him to jump over you to make a throw and hopefully cause it to go off line once you are forced out if youre not close to the base you have to get out of the way...this playt was over..palmer had plenty of time to see that val wasnt making a return throw..it was cheap shot..there is a big difference between trying to break up a DP and trying to break a guys leg
