  1. As someone who is currently suffering with extreme sciatic nerve pain, I hope this guy can get this taken care of. That kind of pain can sideline anyone, excruciating. Mine was easily a 10 on the pain scale, missed 3 days straight of work with little progression at all. Ended up having to work through it, I looked like a 40 year old in an 80 year olds body
  2. Lol, TLR said he preferred his HoF over managing tells me everything
  3. I definitely would take a chance on Odorizzi. What kind of money is he looking for you think?
  4. overall a deadened ball kinda sucks but I think the Sox benefit slightly from it compared to most teams
  5. Going off the color codes, which I think is based on 162 games from last year TA ~ 29 Leury ~ 9 Eaton ~11 2021, with new ball TA ~ 25 Leury ~ 8 Eaton ~ 0 (injury)
  6. Sox Players (since it's hard to read) TA7 (12% reduction) Leury (11% reduction) Eaton (14-15% reduction)
  7. isn't Kopech due to pitch for the sox this year? Giolito, Lynn, Keuchel, Cease, Corpse until Kopech what's the deal with wanting another pitcher do we think Cease and Kopech can't be serviceable 4 and 5s?
  8. according to this nbc sports article, Vaughn is making the team as primary DH out of spring training barring some unforeseen scenario this is news right?
  9. 5mil? would've been an amazing addition to our bullpen at that price.
  10. you don't need to be personally interviewed to release a retirement statement from some nameless PR person
  11. I think it's hilarious that Don Cooper hasn't found a job yet, figuring how much people overhyped that dude
  12. with how young Vaughn is, I can't believe that they aren't trying to get him to learn other positions. maybe they are? idk
  13. I think that 60 game sample size is gonna be a mirage for some players, Ozuna is good but I don't know if he's that good
  14. might as well cross off crochet, would imagine it would take either Vaughn or Kopech, doubt crochet has as much value as either of those two
  15. his point is that he's largely able to hold the reigns of power without having to go full out authoritarian and block everyone else's opinions out meaning he probably does make concessions to the other partial owners because he'd rather maintain whatever kind of situation he's got going on than to start pissing off his other colleagues, like there are legit reasons for not pissing off those people
  16. that isn't the point he's trying to make
  17. eaton is absolutely the better hitter, yes health is obviously a concern, both statements can be true.
  18. yeah zero chance the Sox sign Cruz to a multi year deal
