Biden took the lead in GA.

You should check out Stephanie Kelton, and Modern Monetary Theory To put forward free public college, universal healthcare, and the other policies Sanders advocates, your taxes don't necessarily have to be jacked up. Yes, they would increase somewhat. But the deficit hawks would like you to believe that it's impossible without jacking everyone's taxes up another 25% and it just isn't factually true I'd love to go into this more with you if you would like, but if you have any spare time I would highly encourage you and anyone else interested in this to check out this video (I have other interviews she has done bookmarked but I'm tired and I'll post them tomorrow lol)

sorry if this has been posted, I'm a few pages back these folks are fucking psycho lol https://abc3340.com/news/local/alabama-police-chief-on-social-media-about-biden-voters-put-a-bullet-in-their-skull
-
the reason they have a difficult time winning largely stems from the massive amount of propaganda that is spewed about them on network television. people actually think Sanders wants the government to take over the means of production and run everything like Stalin, it's fucking absurd. AOC has had to kiss corporate ass to remain relevant in her own party.
-
Biden won because Trump makes rich white people feel gross. Biden has gotten his ass stomped every single time he has ran for president. Anyone would have beaten Trump this election
-
has nothing to do with being liberal. it's about POLICY give people a reason to believe you when you tell them you're going to work on making their lives better and you'll win, whether you're a democrat, or republican universal healthcare is very popular across party lines, raising the minimum wage is very popular everywhere, gun law reform is popular on the right and the left believe it or not, denouncing the corruption of your own party is also very popular. people HATE same ol same ol politicians. doug jones was a standard run if the mill corporate democrat who had no plan on actually helping people. he was elected (by a SLIM margin) because his opponent was a pedophile. he lost because he didn't give a shit about poor people in alabama, and his opponent wasn't an obscene monster
-
also, anybody shocked that Doug Jones got his ass beat after only serving one term lol run as a fake ass republican and the voters will choose the real republican almost every time
-
Biden is gonna pick ex Defense contractors and Wall St bankers who should be in prison for his cabinet
-
Joe Biden is basically the equivalent of Joe Manchin
-
https://www.politico.com/amp/news/2020/10/20/biden-transition-republican-cabinet-429972 Joe Biden is a republican. That's why Obama picked him for VP, he wanted that moderate/conservative white vote from the suburbs I shake my head when I see middle class and low income americans vehemently supporting Biden, y'all's lives are gonna get worse lol Biden voted to confirm Antonin Scalia lol
-
off topic but anybody see the new amd cpu benchmarks? lol intel is done
-
to be fair, fox news conflates the two. most people have no idea how much leftists hate the democratic party, but we are stuck with either the green party, or holding our nose and voting for dems
-
I call them conspiracy theorists
-
democrat governor? I think I missed the joke
-
I don't think the Republican establishment wants him to be president either, they're getting a more obedient Republican in Biden instead
-
looks like Biden will end up with 286 EV that's my prediction Georgia, Arizona, and Nevada puts him at 286. I still think Trump will squeak out Pennsylvania, but there's a good chance Biden can edge it out also which would put Biden at 306
-
most liberals peddled that fucking conspiracy, I'm a lefty (I lean way left, former DSA member) but I was smart enough to realize when Bill Binney said the NSA would have evidence if any hacks happened, plus when Crowdstrike had to admit in court that they had zero evidence that Russia hacked anything, and Muller knew it too democrats didn't wanna admit that they ran a shitty candidate that everybody hated and refused to campaign in the rust belt, that's why Trump won, plus the electoral college of course
-
easy question to answer, he should've took a stand against it because that was the right thing to do
-
expanded 2 wars to 7 opened the Arctic to oil drilling twice made the bush tax cuts permanent refused to stand with striking teachers in WI even though he said he would ignored the police brutality happening at DAPL, and OWS effectively repealed habeas corpus Allowed 8 million people to be illegally kicked out of their homes during the housing crisis Ignored the lead catastrophe in Flint Mi Had a 90% civilian death rate on drone strikes Dropped so many bombs in the middle east that they literally ran out of bombs I'm not a republican but I'm not uninformed either
-
I've had the feeling Mcconnell almost preferred Biden at this point. I honestly think he hated Trump
-
yeah but those are state laws. I'm talking federal laws
-
FYI Supreme Court precedent is not law. This is another reason why congress needs to actually write laws after courts write their decisions. It cements precedent into place with a legal binding which brings consequences to those who act in defiance. If congress had passed federal law legalizing abortion after Roe v Wade, states like those in the south wouldn't be able to pull the shit they're pulling. But there's another discussion to be had on why hot button issues that have a court precedent set are never cemented into federal law (politicians get to use those issues as scare tactics to maintain their grip on power, "Vote for me or the Republicans will make abortion illegal!" or "the Dems will take your guns!")
