I think some sort of a salary cap should be implimented. Luxury tax is just bulls*** and it does nothing, deep pocketed tycoons can still throw out 200 mil plus in a season. It would be interesting to see what it would be as there are a huge range of payrolls in the game. It just pisses me off that many times money=playoffs at least.
