Bears | McQuarters on the way Out? - from www.KFFL.com Tue, 10 May 2005 05:53:23 -0700 Brad Biggs, of the Chicago Sun-Times, reports the Chicago Bears continue to look for ways to trade CB R.W. McQuarters. One league source said the asking price is so low, it's a foregone conclusion McQuarters will not be with the team when training camp opens in 10 weeks. One coach said Monday, May 9 the Bears are seeking only a seventh-round pick in exchange for McQuarters. The coach, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said McQuarters will most likely be released if a trade can't be worked out.

I agree with Dan Shaq should have been MVP, not Nash EDIT: Dont agree about anything with Race, just that Shaq should have won

Im not sold on Toronto, and Tampa Bay is still a bad team.. We need to take advantage of these next two series to keep this hot start rolling.. it will only benefit us in the end

IMO Sweeney is better than Konerko... He is also on a s***ty team, and very well could be traded to a contender at the deadline which could only help him in the long run.. Konerko is really struggling now while Sweeney IIRC is leading the league in doubles, I could be wrong.. Glaus has also been hitting pretty good to start the season.. I dont see why he couldnt continue at a normal pace, Rolen is struggling but he should pick it up.. Last year was the first year hes ever batted over .300 so I guess the likelyhood of him doing it again is low, but who knows.. Ide prolly keep Sweeney and Glaus..

I have Woody on my bench, personally I would go with Williams due to the fact that the Padres are a better team than the Mets IMO and he will pitch in that huge park.. You are right, aside from his first start Woody has been pretty solid... Benson on the other hand has never been that good
