  1. QUOTE(AddisonStSox @ Apr 19, 2007 -> 12:12 PM) Hey, Brian, less time talking, more time being a good baseball player. You are an automatic out. Shut your mouth. At least it sounds like Anderson is coming to grips with the fact that he, himself, has put himself in this position, nobody else--something the Soxtalk community can not seem to grasp. And he's still the superior CF on this team right now. He came in late in the game and drew a walk. If nothing else, he's shown he's willing to work the count for a walk this year.
  2. Javier Vazquez will strike out 28 in just 6.2 innings pitched en route to a 7-2 win.
  3. I found this file photo of Egbert.
  4. Grinder ball. Erstad was responsible for tonight.
  5. Mark Buehrle did not allow a hit tonight.
  6. It was actually really enjoyable. Les Walrond pitched a really good game, and it was a really nice environment. Had the standard drunk Cubs fans, but a group bought hot dogs and handed them out to everyone. It's neat going to a game I'm not emotionally invested in, cause I can just enjoy the baseball experience. Any of you ever been to an I-Cubs game?
  7. I s*** you not, I was at the Iowa Cubs game tonite. Les Walrond was stout.
  8. What a flaming bag of douche.
  9. Same as everyone else.
  10. I'm not worried. Although, I would say, I have a knife that I would keep on my person just in case if such an event started to occur. That's mainly for myself though.
  11. So yeah, Brian is a communist.
  12. Well, at least we've got Aardsma on fire.
  13. Uribe's a far more proven hitter than any of the other three.
  14. Molina and BA are the only guys born in the 80s. Of course, they both play once a week.
  15. It could've been Molina. Gustavo does what he wants.
  16. Goddamn, I'm starting to feel comfortable with David.
  17. I'd love to see a pinch hitter for Erstad in the 8th.
  18. I'm thinking we might need to retire Rally Crede sometime soon, especially if Gustavo can't do anything....
  19. QUOTE(caulfield12 @ Apr 15, 2007 -> 12:43 PM) BA from April/May 2006 is back. Has he EVER taken an outside curveball, stayed with it and lined it over the 2B? Seriously. He tries to pull everything. You would think he would learn something from watching Rowand and Crede come through the system and have the same exact problems adjusting. It's hard to make adjustments when you start once a week, and it come's against a guy like CC.
  20. [/waiting for comment about BA]
  21. Crazy ass lineup Ozuna, LF Erstad, 1B Konerko, DH Dye, RF Crede, 3B Iguchi, 2B Uribe, SS Anderson, CF Molina, C
