I pack heat. I don't own anything outside of a couple rifles and shotguns.
  2. Bull may have to play the field if a bunch of Knights come up before Sep. 6. I mean, Burke's already starting at second.
  3. QUOTE(SoxFanForever @ Sep 1, 2005 -> 11:09 AM) Hey Heads, you should be scared on saturday. The redbirds are comin to town to kick your Cyclones asses I'm shaking. Get ready to see Tim Dobbins in your sleep.
  4. QUOTE(SoxFan1 @ Aug 31, 2005 -> 11:25 PM) All-Pro WR, best in the NFL last season. Bruising RB with capability to be next Ricky Williams - Off-Field garbage. Don't forget a healthy O-Line with the additions of Miller and Garza. Oh, and Orton and Bradley are gods. Mushin will not be the top WR in football, nor in the top 5. Cedric has played how many games in a Bears uni? In an NFL uni?

Happy BDay. Ross Gload is on his way.... oh wait...
  6. Good luck, Bull.
  7. I'm going to bed. Bears make me sleepy.
  8. You've got a starting QB with 0 NFL experience. The Steelers handled it just fine, but the Bears ain't the Steelers. If Mushin Muhammad and Cedric Benson are playoff pieces, wow.
  9. QUOTE(Kalapse @ Aug 31, 2005 -> 11:09 PM) Geoff Blum has a hit or more in 9 of his last 12 games. Why so much hate for this man from everyone? He's just about the least of our problems. QUOTE(fathom @ Aug 31, 2005 -> 11:11 PM) Before his defensive disaster yesterday, he had been superb in the field. He had a huge double in extra innings to beat the Twins, and he's had some solid ABs lately. He definitely should not be the scapegoat.
  10. I just don't think the Bear D can carry the o. (Little O, cause that's how I feel they will perform. I don't know, but I just think the Bears will have enough luck to not lose another important player to injuries again.
  11. 30 pages for me.
  12. QUOTE(SleepyWhiteSox @ Aug 31, 2005 -> 10:31 PM) I'm a Bears fan and I don't think that. We aren't winning the division nor will we win 10 games, but we won't be the worst team in the NFL as stated by these rankings. I don't think all Cubs fans are idiots, nor do i think of all Bears fans like Cubs fans. But some stuff I'm reading is ridiculous.
  13. QUOTE(greasywheels121 @ Aug 31, 2005 -> 10:26 PM) That's what I find funny about the Orton situation. I didn't know many people that liked Orton after Purdue's season last year. My friends at Purdue were ready to see him go after his choking of the second half of last year. Now Orton is the next Jim McMahon....of course w/out the sunglasses. B) Us Colts guys need to stick together. What's the latest on Stokely?

Ever been to a cooter festival, Jim?
  15. Bears fans remind me of Cubs fans, only less annoying. Everyone was saying if no one got hurt this would be the Bears year. Now, even without Grossman, the Bears can win the division? Or even win 10 games?

QUOTE(SoxFan1 @ Aug 31, 2005 -> 10:08 PM) ZING! WOW! ZINGER FOR THE AGES RIGHT THERE! LMFAO!
  17. QUOTE(Rex Hudler @ Aug 31, 2005 -> 09:21 PM) Maybe it was strictly the bat, DA. I'm not sure, just posing possibilities. While Burke may be good, Casanova could be better? Also, is it me or was Willie Harris missing from that list? Did I miss his name?? This is why you get the big bucks Rex.
  18. QUOTE(rangercal @ Aug 31, 2005 -> 09:29 PM) They will have more wins than Iowa's NFL team. Sorry, I had to go there. Not many more. I could care less if Iowa had an NFL team. I wouldn't cheer for them.
  19. The Bears will not go above .500. I'm confident of that.

QUOTE(ChiSoxyGirl @ Aug 31, 2005 -> 09:09 PM) Well, I have a whole list of others I could have used, and that seemed the most innocuous. And who doesn't like having a little cooter thrown out there? Jason?

QUOTE(ChiSoxyGirl @ Aug 31, 2005 -> 08:59 PM) I'm thinking with foreplay you'd probably notice it *hinthint*. And to be honest, I can't think of any woman who is paranoid enough to stick a ring of burs up her cooter. I love how you're so elequent but throw the word cooter out there.
  22. QUOTE(mccarthyp @ Aug 31, 2005 -> 08:59 PM) Mostly afar. Will try to get to Fenway though. I bet the whole thing just has to be surreal though.
  23. Um.....not really.
  24. QUOTE(Gene Honda Civic @ Aug 31, 2005 -> 04:45 PM) I'm taking Ball State and the points. Iowa doesn't score alot. Ferentz isn't the type of guy to run up the score. Seems like a good bet. I dunno, I'd be surprised if Iowa didn't win by 6 touchdowns, I honestly would.
