The thing is...last year our team was 21-2, and cosidered one of the best in the state...and we lost in the district final...how sweet it would be to go farther than them....avenging past defeats along the way.

4...4A is biggest, 1A is smallest...we are in 3A......4A is 48 biggest schools...3A is 64 next biggest.

There's no reason we can't....heck I'm riding the bench on a 4-18 team and I'm having so much fun....

My high school basketball team won their first round district game...to raise our record to 4-18 The team we beat, Waukon, drops to 12-10...and their season is over......We play our archrival.....4-17 Independece in the district final to make it to the last 16....top 8 make it to state. We won 59-47...we were down 29-19 at half.....we outscored them 40-18 from that point on.....our PG alone had 21 iin the second half. Winning kicks ass.....especially when no one expects you to do it. Independence

I wouldn't get so pissed, except for the fact they've shown promise against the top tier teams in the Big XII......at least they get to play at home in the NIT...

Knights and Warthogs to Face Off in Exhibition By Alex Ernst February 23, 2004 FutureSox.com In a matchup between Sox affiliates, it was announced earlier today the Charlotte Knights, the triple A affiliate of the Sox, will face off on Tuesday, April 6th against the Winston Salem Warthogs, single A affiliate of the Sox, at the home of the Warthogs, Ernie Shore Field. The first pitch will be thrown at 7 pm local time. Tickets for the game will be 5 dollars. This will be an exhibition before their regular season openers. Charlotte opens up their season April 8th at Columbus, while the Warthogs are also going to be on the road, opening up a series against Kinston on the 9th of April.
