  1. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD SCORE HERE
  2. Nice first from Hector
  3. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ May 1, 2015 -> 09:48 AM) Heads is the secret weapon. Break Glass In Case Of Emergency Hey guys
  4. Can someone explain to me why the Colts prioritized WR last night?
  5. Big 12 is basically told to add a championship game. Would imagine expansion will be considered again.
  6. QUOTE (Brian @ Apr 29, 2015 -> 06:05 PM) Imagine if they got out of the first round. No s***, we must have the easiest to please fan base in America.
  7. As part of political polling in this state, they surveyed the popularity of the coaches in the state: Favorable/unfavorable/not sure Fran McCaffery 65/10/26 Fred Hoiberg 74/2/23 The fact that only 2% of fans disapprove of a coach is ludicrous.
  8. Coach Hoiberg will know what to do
  9. The SEC Network is really nice to catch some random games.
  10. Hopefully this is the last time we pick top ten for a while, so let's get it right.
  11. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Apr 28, 2015 -> 06:01 PM) I haven't read through this whole thread but what are the odds this game tomorrow is Nationally televised? This should be interesting. It's the free MLB.tv game
  12. QUOTE (LDF @ Apr 27, 2015 -> 05:49 PM) it really is going to be hard for that. b/c owners wants their money. this mean Nat will have to split the money. I don't think it will be a big deal
  13. Finding new and creative ways to skip Hector's starts
  14. QUOTE (sin city sox fan @ Apr 27, 2015 -> 05:40 PM) I don't have a TV at work....thats why I was asking. They are really canceling this game though over a few people getting a bit raucous? Sounds like an over reaction to me. It's a bit more than that.
  15. Nats are on the road. Let's move this to D C
  16. It's kind of nice trusting that our relievers can hold a lead, isn't it?
  17. QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Apr 26, 2015 -> 07:08 PM) In an ideal world, it would be healthy versions of Crain or Nate Jones. In the current White Sox world, it's Petricka/Guerra/Putnam/Duke. Most would argue Albers and Guerra should be behind Petricka, although Putnam definitely has his doubters/skeptics about another repeat performance. I think most everyone here would rather have a setup duo of Petricka/Duke than Crain/Jones. Neither one of those last two has proved much in a long time.
  18. QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Apr 26, 2015 -> 05:59 PM) I wouldn't say that. Just that it was atypical for the White Sox to sink so much money into a closer (last time was probably Koch)...instead, preferring to find bargains from their minor league system like Howry, Keith Foulke, Bobby Jenks, Sergio Santos, Hector Santiago, Addison Reed, etc. Robertson's being paid as an elite, top 3-5 closer in the game. That's fine, as long as the performance is close to in line with those expectations. It's when pitchers like Santos or Carlos Marmol or Papelbon completely fall off the map or get injured and you have to pay them $36 million or whatever that the problems arise. Clearly, though, the Sox would have preferred for someone like Petricka or Webb to have seized the role (internally) and run with it. When it became obvious that wasn't going to happen, Hahn was put into a corner and had to do something entering 2015. Well, a month in, I'd say he has exceeded expectations.
  19. QUOTE (bigruss22 @ Apr 26, 2015 -> 05:06 PM) He's a 5th year transfer, didn't do a whole lot this past year even though Michigan really needed FC players. He's a good teammate and backup but nothing more. Also, hope NN works out for you guys, talk about a story. Well, Bielfeldt would be behind Niang, McKay and Nader in the frontcourt rotation so not much is needed.
  20. That curve ain't fair
  21. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Apr 26, 2015 -> 04:44 PM) Predict number of strikeouts before inning starts, anyone else in for 3 more? 4 is always possible.
  22. QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Apr 26, 2015 -> 04:41 PM) Robertson Maybe he can get his three strikeouts in nine pitches here.
  23. I feel pretty confident saying Dayan would not have caught that.
