Well, Williams' role on the team is to get out tough lefties. That's why we have him. He's a second lefty arm for the pen. Of course, he's not good enough for that, so he's relegated to tossing mopup. Why Torres isn't in that role, especially so we can actually use Pena, I have no clue.

Just keep winning, b****es. Starts today (Tuesday) against the Braves. Tommy Hanson is good. John Danks can be better. The amount of run support we've given him the last 2.5 years is simply criminal.

I simply can't watch the games with the feeling we're out, always going to watch it hoping for the best and that we'll win every damn game. You still have to beat the bad teams like you should, and it's nice to see us doing that.

So I flipped past TCM, and I caught part of a silent movie that looked interesting (I know, my life rocks). I've always had an interest in Russian history, and lo and behold, this is The Battleship Potemkin (1925). Learned about Eisenstein in one of my classes. Apparently he did something right if I'm committing to watching an 85 year old silent film. I'll go back to being a nerd now.
