Yea I’m not saying he was good by any means but it seemed like a small step forward for him compared to the last two months. Hell - he almost didn’t make it through 2 innings last time and walked what… 7? I think I recall another “outing” of his where he lasted like 1/3 and inning and gave up like 8 fucking runs. So while he still had a 2+ WHIP for this outing at least it only resulted in 2 earned runs and lasted 5 innings.

If one could find a positive today… was it Keuchel?
