One good point regarding Rios - is Hanh can now wait until Pittsburg, St Louis, or Texas fail due to having a hole and eventually tell them: "Told you you'd regret not making a deal. Next time maybe you'll believe me." I am kinda shocked that no one else went. No one wanted Lindstrum because of recent suckage? No one wanted to pay anything for Rios... No one wanted Alexi and his price tag? Well... Then again... I guess it's not all THAT surprising.

What would you all have wanted more - because these where our options... 1.) Rios + cash for nothing. 2.) Keep Rios, hope to trade him in a waiver deal, this offseason, or sometime next year. I'd been told a few days prior to the deadline that we would have to "give away" Rios. It's sad... but true.
