Really though there are very few, if any, substantive reasons to oppose the treaty so the next step is just to fabricate objections through exaggeration, or just make them up out of whole cloth to squeeze political gain from it, i.e. not let President Obama have any credit for it.

You won't get a whole lot of resistance from the left on this... FWIW. They're pretty used to trying to debunk claims that tort reform is a magic bullet.

From the description I read it doesn't sound like the author is showing people how to do anything illegal but it's still really creepy to read.
