Well his batting average is .250, but of course when he leans into one it'll leave the premises, but I think Konerko is a much smarter hitter than Thome is, more selective that's for sure
Thome has been better as of late though, I think his last week or so he's hitting over .300
Konerko and Thome have the same career batting average--and Thome is on the declining portion of his career. Unless he forgot something I figure he is a pretty wise hitter.
