  1. I bet Romy makes that play at second, and Hanser isn’t hitting well enough to overcome that awful defense - which is really sad, given what Romy has done this year.
  2. Vaughn really needs to get it going or Sheets and Burger are gonna take his job.
  3. I think my hope that they turned a corner and would work counts more was false.
  4. This is the loudest on-field and stadium audio I can remember.
  5. This is likely his last inning. Hope he makes it out of it
  6. Hanger and game is tied
  7. Vaughn SLOOOOOOW
  8. Torkelson smart, rest of team dumb
  9. Wait until the hitter is in the box before you come set sheesh
  10. Gio having some control issues
  11. Sox have had some pitches to hit.
  12. I saw this thread too. Also watch Japanese games occasionally. Saw the Giants beat the Dragons in the Tokyo Dome a few years ago. I'm 100% for signing Murakami. Yoan is very likely gone in 2026. The guaranteed money + posting fees are likely too much for the Sox, though.
  13. Hopefully Burger is compressing all his suckage into this one series and lights it up again after this.
  14. Cleveland thinking they can stretch everything into a double like they did last year against the Sox.
  15. Also, this is the kind of game they need to have more often. Take their walks, wait the pitcher out and focus on getting those baserunners in. Hopefully this is a sign of a positive trend.
