I totally agree with you here. Percentage wise the amout of good and lousy players is probably very close to the same as it ever was in the past.

Last year I picked up Colon and Piazza for Ponson in early august Piazza was injured at the time but I had a DL spot open and he put up good numbers when he returned and Colon did better than Ponson after that point.
