First off, ARod wouldn't bat second. He would bat third, infront of Sosa. I bet there are alot of teams who would love to get their hands on Zambrano. If I was the Cubs, I would give them Kid K instead of Zambrano.

I love that versitility. Could he also play some OF (now I mean decent, not gold glove caliber)? Look at Eli Marrero and Ben Petrick. Both can catch and play other positions, and Petrick has even played CF. I think he would be good if we resign Sandy.

I think ND should go to the Big Ten. There is already some natural rivalries, and that could give the Big Ten a championship game. I think it is silly for an Indiana team to be in a conference with Florida type teams, but conferences nowadays are all messed up.

I hate Georgie. With that said, I'd love him if he was our owner. He sticks up for his team no matter what, and he is hard on the guys. If his guys don't do out and play with everything they have, he'll tell them off and tell the media often times. He spends the money, and loves to win. How many of our guys could get away with stuff they do if George was the owner?

Injuries too. The reason we are trying to ship Magglio is money. The reason the Angels are trying to ship Erstad is because of money, and they have someone ready to play OF (Jeff DaVannon).

Are you kidding. I think you should have put this stuff in green. The Marlins are not going to give up a very cheap, productive player. Pierre was the main thing they got out of the Hampton deal; not going to trade him for an expensive player when they have payroll constraints of their own. I don't want Strickland either, the Mets can keep everyone they have. I would take Reyes and Philips, that is it (wait for Royce Ring to prove something before everyone keeps calling him the second coming). I would do Floyd for Kong with money going to the team who takes on higher payroll. We do not have a ton of money to play with; we need to start looking at second trier FA's. It is a sad fact, but there isn't much we can do. I doubt the White Sox will make more than one huge trade this offseason, and it probably won't even be who we think.

Perez fell out of love in LA last year. I would love him, but who would play LF is we give them CLee. If we give them Kong, great, no worries. But we already have no CF, what'd happen with no LF. If we could move Koch, I would take Percival too. I personally do not want Darin Erstad.
