Trade Konerko and Koch! Now! I think Los Angeles might be interested in Konerko, McGriff is a free agent and Konerko is younger and still has a lot upside. I've heard a rumor that the Mets are interested in Billy Koch, if that's the case get what you can from them and trade his ass. CWSOX45 Yeah, plus Konerko has LA Dodger connections...he played catcher for them before being traded in 1997 to the Reds. Who would we trade for Koch though? Isn't it the same GM who brought Kong here, who is now GM at LA or something like that?

Trade Konerko and Koch! Now! Obviously that's the goal, but to who and what. Magglio has huge value, while Kong and Koch do not.

I have never seen Magglio in a World Series game, so who knows how he would help us there. We got swept in 2000 when we got into the playoffs, I have no idea how Magglio did. I don't think I would cry if he got traded, I would be excited at first because of who we were bringing in, then be a lil sad cause we were losing Magglio later on.

I think if we can get rid of Kong or Koch, awesome. Keep Magglio then. I think trading Magglio would only be after failing to move one or both or Kong and Koch.

Those would be some pretty HUGE nuts.

Naw, those were the choices I could come up with. When I read it through just a second ago, it kind of made sense too. I really think a team would take Kong or Koch if he was packaged with Magglio. I must say though, no one in the White Sox family has said anything about a trade, so I don't think it will happen.

Wasn't it said Castillo likes Oz too? Someone else mentioned players want to play for Cito in a thread along time ago. I honestly can't wait to find out who our manager will be.

I would not totally be opposed ta trading him to LA, but Izturis couldn't hit a beachball off a tee.

I tried thinking of some, that's a tough one. I would think; if the right deal came along, only in return for a superstar, and as a salary dump. That's all I could come up with.

I think ya should have put more choices. I think if the right deal comes along and can save us some money.

You got it, man. That is the situation. The numbers are there for Soriano, and at a MUCH cheaper price. I am probably in the minority here, but I'm all for that trade. I am for the trade too, and nothing against Magglio. I think he is an awesome player.

I would love him if he restructered his deal. He is the best everyday player on the team, no question. I kind of need him to be more of a leader, not just lead by example. I think it is too much money too. It would all come down to what we could get. You could even try to package him with Konerko or Koch, kind of what the Bucs where trying ta do with Giles and Kendall.

He was more productive than Maggs just one year. Dont forget what he did in 2000, 2001, 2002 and this year. Lee had just a break out year, maybe he will struggle next year. Maggs puts this numbers all season since 2000. No one's numbers are for sure, I was just saying if you are going to rebuild, like what had been broughten up, then you would want to go with CLee. Obviously Magglio is the better player, no question.
