  1. QUOTE (Soxfest @ Jan 12, 2014 -> 07:43 PM) http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/footb...0,5569076.story Mel Tucker will return, LB and DL coaches fired and used as scapegoats. I was hoping for someone new, injuries or not Tucker led defenses have never been anything but average at best. Absolute scapegoats. Let's only fire the two coaches whose positions were the most decimated by injury.

    Alright begin

    Losers are the Illini.
  3. QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Jan 12, 2014 -> 08:34 PM) That was Bruce Weber bad. Yup. I know this team has flaws but that was inexcusable. Suddenly lost some confidence in Groce.
  4. QUOTE (Brian @ Jan 12, 2014 -> 07:19 PM) Wow, Illinois. A repeat of the Penn State game a few years back. Brutal.
  5. Technically the Hawks have scored five goals already, although one was in their own empty net.

Just YouTube his ESPN skit when he first moved to Buffalo. Hilarious.
  7. QUOTE (HickoryHuskers @ Jan 12, 2014 -> 05:39 PM) I don't find either team particularly unlikable. The only part of Seattle I really don't like is Peter Carroll. I like Russell Wilson and their fans aren't terribly obnoxious. SF fans are obnoxious, but not to the extent of NE or GB fans. Also, I like Harbaugh. He's quite possibly the only person who has ever had an association with the University of Michigan that I like. It has nothing to do with the fans. It's all about the players. You are allowed to go straight back to the huddle after a play. You don't have to talk s*** and get in people's faces after EVERY SINGLE play.
  8. After last weekend's craziness, this has been one boring weekend of football.
  9. Although it is funny that all we hear about is how it's a passing league and offense rules, yet the two NFC teams left standing ranked 26th and 30th in passing yards.
  10. I have a feeling the Hawks are gonna let some aggression out on a really bad hockey team tonight. Minimum 5 goals scored.
  11. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Jan 12, 2014 -> 03:26 PM) Seattle-SF should be epic. Ugh, probably the two most unlikeable teams in the NFL. Should be a great game though, in between all the trash talking
  12. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jan 11, 2014 -> 09:33 PM) Some of these throws by Luck have just been marvelous. Those two back to back deep throws on the last TD drive they had were just perfect. I already have him as the 3rd best QB in the league. ( Peyton, Rodgers)
  13. QUOTE (dasox24 @ Jan 11, 2014 -> 09:11 PM) I do golf. That's a good idea. I've always heard Palm Springs is nice. I'm sure there would be some pretty good places to play. My wife grew up in the area, so I go a couple times a year. Great place to relax with perfect weather 9 months a year. Just don't go in the summer, 100-120 degree weather every freaking day.
  14. QUOTE (RockRaines @ Jan 11, 2014 -> 08:42 PM) Crawfords actually kept em in lt. Towes was hot garbage. And Kaner's "clear" at the end was garbage. Hawks seem to have hit a tired/bored stretch. Is it April yet?
  15. QUOTE (dasox24 @ Jan 11, 2014 -> 07:59 PM) Perfect! Exactly what I was looking for. From the sounds of it, I'll have to make Santa Monica happen. Definitely would like to go to Joshua Tree too. I hadn't even thought about Coachella. I actually have some friends going, so that's definitely worth looking into. Thanks, Balta! If you golf, there are courses galore in the Palm Springs area, which isn't too far from Riverside.
  16. QUOTE (timbo @ Jan 11, 2014 -> 08:14 PM) Money isnt everthing look at choo Choo took the biggest post - tax offer.
  17. QUOTE (RockRaines @ Jan 11, 2014 -> 06:22 PM) Lol it was a pound of weed. Wow. Just for personal use, right?
  18. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Jan 11, 2014 -> 07:35 PM) Brees was off target all day, if they crossed the 50 then te Seahawks just destroyed him. Jimmy Graham was MIA and Shayne Graham just lost his job The first missed field goal and the Ingram fumble lost the game for them. The defense played great and they ran the ball with ease, but it was to hard to catch up with the wind and the Seahawks secondary. Seattle's D sure knows how to play physical without getting penalties called though.
  19. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jan 11, 2014 -> 04:45 PM) Right now the Yankees have Jetes at SS, and Brian Roberts, Brendan Ryan, Kelly Johnson, and Eduardo Nunez to cover the other 2 IF positions. It's not exactly Cano + Arod, but if they've got their OF together, Soriano at DH, McCann at Catcher, and Tex is healthy at 1b, they would probably have enough offense to tolerate those guys at the bottom of their lineup. Yeah, I think IF all those guys can stay healthy, I am sure they would be fine with Ryan's superb defense and no offense at third. IF
  20. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Jan 11, 2014 -> 04:21 PM) The Saints have no more feet left to shoot take away like three plays and they didn't play that bad. But that won't cut it on the road at the#1 seed
