76 pitches for Perkins.
I hope we can get 3 or 4 on him next inning before they take him out. Although, their 'pen is pretty bad.
QUOTE (Tony82087 @ Jun 9, 2008 -> 01:10 PM)
Definitely. I mean, I never expected a team to have a lead on the Sox again. I mean, EVER.
Because that's what I meant.

The last 3 days we were doing something with opportunities like this...
Oh well. We'll get to him, Jimmy Slowbat just couldn't catch up to the pitch.
QUOTE (JorgeFabregas @ Jun 9, 2008 -> 12:51 PM)
Not wrong at all. It just depends on whether you count the "unqualified" pitchers or not.

Why would you count the unqualified?
He's 5th in ERA for qualified SP's in the AL, and Jose is 4th. Period.
QUOTE (JorgeFabregas @ Jun 9, 2008 -> 12:48 PM)
Danks doesn't crack the top 10 and Contreras is currently ahead of him, but several of the guys ahead of him have only pitched a few games.
WRONG
Let's capitalize on the error, boys!
QUOTE (lostfan @ Jun 9, 2008 -> 12:45 PM)
I am lazy and too busy to look... how many SPs in the AL have a ERA better than Danks?
I believe 4.
Only 3 have a better ERA then Jose, though.

is Punto not on the Twins? Not playing and not on the bench section on the CBS Gamecast. That guy is new Lew Ford against the Sox
Just went on the DL.
QUOTE (whitesoxbrian @ Jun 9, 2008 -> 12:41 PM)
I really hope Danks can get out of this. I hate when we get our pitcher a run and then he gives it back right away.
WOW WHAT A PLAY BY CREDEEEE!
