I'd take my chances with Miguel Olivo before giving A.J. arbitration. Olivo's like a younger, better version of A.J. right now. No patience, no walks, but hits for more power with a better arm.

Only the Yankees can afford to do this. I don't see Lee doing all too hot at the tail end of that contract...

This guy has no control. He threw 96 in 09, velocity dropped to 93 in 2010 and he got pounded. Maybe this is one of those Coop can fix 'em cases.

I don't know how Damon would really work on this team in its current form. He can't play LF or CF, those are occupied already. He'd only be useful as a DH and he did not produce anywhere near what a DH should have last year. He'd fit in real well as a #3 hitter behind Beckham and ahead of whoever bats 4th, but I feel like he has to play a defensive position (RF isn't really an option).

I'm so scared when Cutler decides to run tough like that. We can't have him separate his shoulder or break his arm. We'd be completely screwed for the next year or two.

Moving Quentin for nothing would be bad. I don't even want to move him for Ibanez. Ibanez at DH won't put up better numbers than Quentin at DH. Plus, with Quentin, you get up-side. Ibanez is almost 40. If you trade Quentin, it better be for somebody useful in the outfield - like Victorino (not happening though).

He's one of those AAAA players. The Angels are responsible for both him and Brandon Wood. How unfortunate.
