UZR is more complicated IMO and is better to look at to evaluate entire seasons. Plus, it's better for talent evaluations over a long period of time.

Alexei Ramirez is #1 in baseball in Defensive Runs Saved (Plus/Minus) with +22. UZR and DRS don't always agree.

So even if he wasn't unlucky, he'd be a .260ish hitter with a .750 OPS. You want that as your DH for 1/3 of your games? I sure as hell don't.
