WTF? Is Alonso in the deal or not?

Why would Mayo even report that in the first place?

Do teams have to agree on deals by 3:00 PM or something? Or do they have to report it to the league office by then?

Wow...we should have given them Fields and a mid-level prospect for Rolen then.

Cabrera fits very well on turf. Ground ball hitter meets turf = higher batting average. Our two rivals just got better with barely above average players that fit the needs of their home field.

Great move for Detroit. It just puts us out even more of winning this division. Twins just got Cabrera too. Kenny should definitely make some kind of a move.

How come I don't know any of the Twins' prospects? Edit: Guy they got is a 2nd round pick from last year. Looks like Billy Beane got a fair deal.
