FWIW, Cortes' last 2 starts were pretty bad. Even KC put 5 runs up on him.

They've hit fine the past 2 games, it's just that they couldn't get the big hit last night.

This series tells me that we need good Rodon back badly for October. Carlos' stuff is good enough to shutdown a great lineup, I'm not sure I can say that about Giolito or even Lynn. Gio needs his best stuff to pitch well at this point and Lynn has just pitched ok against playoff-caliber teams.

Maybe don't throw Odor fastballs.

Yeah Quantrill's been pretty good. He used to only be good against us, but he's had a bunch of quality starts in a row.
