All the haters have now been told for a long time that we are overreacting, that the players like playing for him (which i dont believe) or that because he's like a son to Jerry that he is not going anywhere, but I would like to hear some legitimate arguments as to why he deserves to keep his job. The negatives are obvious, what are the affirmative arguments?

Additionally, as I just asked, if his mechanics stink, which you don't seem to be arguing, seems like something he could work-on to fix, either now, or in the off-season.

Not showing-up or in the words of the Tigers broadcasters "not being there" is 100% Ozzie's fault. He should be fired alone for the ridiculously s#itty team he put on the field today. Why continue to back this guy when he has done nothing to justify his role in recent years and has done plenty to force people to question his judgement and management style? Just saying, it's broken, what do we have to lose by going in a new direction?
