I put Wright so Cotts goes in the rotation and we'd still have Politte and Marte to put out the fire early.

Damn I think we all had the wrong idea with our team here. Maybe it's because we thought the things we've done in the past would come back and haunt us, but in actuality didn't. I went to Opening Day and I'm going back to the park today to see them sweep KC, but when I was there Tuesday I saw a completely different team. Pauly looked awesome just hitting ropes instead of pulling the ball the majority of the time. He usually hits his homers to the far left, but that homer he had hit was a line drive that he just scalded to the 375 mark. Konerko probably was just going for a gap shot too. I liked Rowand's bunt in the 4th or 5th inning. I just love the way this team is playing for Ozzie. I saw Frank take off his hat in the introduction and he also was at the top of the dugout. I hope the fans pack the stadium today and we get this sweep and possibly a tie for first place. Go Sox!

Timo was on fire yesterday. I liked how Hawk said he isn't nervous in any situation, and he proved it with his hits yesterday. He also has some serious speed. I'd like to see him at leadoff, but if he was good I'd like to see him full time if Willie can't produce. Since Timo is an outfielder, the only way to get him in is to take out Rowand, and that'd be stupid to bench Rowand again. There has to be a way to get Timo in because he looks like he's our best bet at leadoff.

Do you know if there is a good place where I can upload mp3's? I've been looking all over for a place but I cannot find one. (wrong forum, if a mod could move this please)

Remember win #21 for Loaiza last year, the one where he had like 6 2/3 IP of no hit baseball? I think he's gonna go at least 7 today. He's gonna try and go as long as he can so we don't have to use our bullpen as much. I expect ELo to hold the Royals below 3 runs today. Hopefully he gets off to a fast start again.

Did any of you see the homer Gload hit yesterday off Zambrano? That ball just flew right out. The guys a lefty and he's got huge muscles and height. I almost wish there was a way this guy could play everyday, because he looks like he could be a serious power threat.

Remember last year when the Royals had a strong spring and won right out of the gate? I'm thinking that the White Sox, if they keep it up, are going to have a fast start. We've had horrible starts the past few years, so maybe if we get one you add another 5-10 wins to last years record and there we are, on the top of the AL Central. Pitching and hitting is looking good. Maybe they're trying to prove something this year.

No way Gagne took steroids. He's looked the same for as long as he's been in the majors.

It does bash the Sox, but I hope the Cubs have the same type of season.
