First time I've seen Collins at 1st, but I feel he should have had a play on the RBI single in his direction. Ball wasn't hit very hard and it looked like he should have had a play on it.

The fastball command has been an issue so far. The curve has looked pretty good.

There's also this link too. http://mlb.mlb.com/team/draft.jsp?c_id=cws&year=2019

He's absolutely correct. This isn't some crazy stat-geek thing, it's common sense. A pitcher has no control over the offense that backs him. Pitching masterfully with a horse-shit offense can still quite often result in a loss or a no decision. Judging a pitcher on a wins/loss record is antiquated thinking, and thankfully most people have accepted that nowadays.

Happy Gio day!

Methinks teams might be more interested in Bummer than Colome.

White Sox baseball sure is fun lately. Imagine if we had more than one real starting pitcher.

We might have something here with Bummer!

Nice nice.

Kelvim fixed.

Send it out Eloy.

Some lovely at bats this inning.

This post aged well.

That slider is unfuckwithable.

TINSTAAP

Same.

I wonder if Nicky gets a taste of AAA this year if he keeps producing. (Obviously the average is going to come down.)

I'm not qualified to answer anything about a swing path to be honest. I will say that Robert has the most trouble with breaking balls low and away from him. He chases an awful lot of slop. It does quite often result in weak contact out in that direction.

Timmy swag!

He made Robert look absolutely silly last at bat.

Madrigal steals a bag.

Not good. Pitchers will break your heart.

Madrigal single. 3-3.

Uh oh.
