DirtySox

That was a fortuitous bounce.

McCann having a solid game aside from the baserunning gaffe that Ricky should have challenged.

Crazy over the top reactions to potential White Sox injuries in game-threads sustain me. Especially when they are stated as absolute fact.

Sky is falling eh? Why don't we just wait and see.

Bush with 2 walks today and a strikeout. If I had to describe his swing in one word, it would be "violent."

Sure. More of that.

That is one of the worst strike calls I've ever seen.

First Eloy home HR please.

Birmingham now cancelled.

Hopefully Birmingham starts soon. They've been leaf blowing at puddles in center field for quite some time now.

W-S banged again. 4th day in a row.

Tarp coming off in Mobile.

Tarp coming out for Birmingham's game as well.

W-S already in a delay. I'm not sure they will ever play baseball again.

10 sounds about right.

Wonder where he starts? W-S sound about right?

Yup. Now maybe Patrick Nolan can un-knot his underwear.

It's a rarity that a player selected in the top 10 rounds does not sign. Teams absolutely do the diligence before making the pick due to the potential of losing the slot value. The White Sox know his number and planned to be able to meet it. Regardless, Harold indicated that Dalquist has already signed.

He's in Arizona playing Fortnite and tweeting about LARPing. Presumably rehabbing too.

Yup. It was a fine pick at the time. As you said, the secondary stuff isn't good enough and the fastball didn't gain any of the projected velocity. Such is life when dreaming on prep arms.

Hope he's healthy enough to pitch in it.

Law verbatim on Dalquist.

Law really likes Dalquist. Advanced strike thrower already with future projection. Noted that if he got to college and had a normal development path, he saw him as a guy that would be top half of the first round pick in the future. Really excited about this one.

Thanks for this. Law is probably my favorite prospect/draft guy. Looking forward to giving it a listen.
